Mistrial in the making?

I was a jury foreman a few years ago. This jury just wants to go home. 2-hours is BS. We deliberated for five days before reaching a guilty verdict. What lazy SOBs.

The evidence in this case is overwhelming.

They must be evenly divided for them to return it to the judge after two hours. They might swing one or even two from one side to the other but still not enough for a conviction. Odds are it will end in mistrial.

My question is why aren’t there traffic cameras at that intersection. It’s a major intersection. Would’ve avoided the whole trial.

Wonder what the jury pool is made up of & also ages. I am heart broken after seeing this beautiful mom & son who lost their lives because of Beth Ann’s choice to drive under several I substances that day. The angels that Jesus sent to render aide to the two beautiful girls including saving one’s life who was internally decapitated according to the doctor proves there are miracles. I am praying right now.

Did we listen to the same testimony, because I don't understand how they can't vote to convict her. If it's a mistrial can she afford Camp for another trial?

Who is this woman and why do you say she can afford him? Where’s the money coming from?

Will be interesting to learn juror(s) rationale for hanging this apparently open and shut case.

Camp is not that expensive. A buddy used him on a basic DUI. His fee was average for a DUI.
