The wheels of justice may turn slowly but turning they are after a Hinds County grand jury indicted Joseph Brown on July 22 for murder, aggravated assault, drive-by shooting, and shooting into a vehicle in the death of a woman and her unborn child at a Beasley Road gas station last December.
The indictment charges Brown with two counts of murder in the deaths of Keyunta McWilliams and her unborn child on December 15. McWilliams was eight months pregnant when murdered.
Two counts charge Brown and several accomplices of shooting at Knowledge Wigley and Ky-waun O'Brien Wigley, The latter victim was only two years old.
JPD said he is a suspect in the deaths of Demaro Travis, Tshawn Norwood, Herbert Thomas, Mario Swack and Michael Black.
Brown was born in 2004 and only 17 years old when the murders took place. The case is assigned to Circuit Judge Winston Kidd.
However (you know what's coming)...... Brown was out on bond when he went on his alleged killing spree.
JPD arrested Brown for carjacking a victim on Pinebay Drive in January 2020. However, a Jackson Municipal Court judge merely allowed him to go home with a GPS ankle monitor "due to a medical condition." Yup, Brown didn't even have to post bond when he went on his (alleged) rampage last year.

I've already figured out how treat his medical condition.
We need gun control now!!! If we had an appropriate assault and weapon of war ban and better background checks this fine young man would not have committed these crimes. What a shame. Gun control now!!!
Liberal PROGRESSive Agenda:
Minimal or no bail because it's racist
Early release of convicted felons and repeat offenders
Applaud violent protesters in cities, and do not hold accountable
Defund police departments
Take away the guns from law abiding citizens
Who in their right mind thinks this is progress??!
This thug should be under the jail.
He is a serial killer. How about a speedy trial followed by a visit to "old sparky?"
More money per JPS student would fix kids like this, toot sweet.
That is what we need.

11:20, that remedy isn't legal in MS, but a firing squad is.
It’s take a village to create a monster like this young fool! Now it’s time for the fish fry and shrimp boil
to celebrate this young fools graduation to MDOC. Can’t blame no one but his village! And, yes all lives matter.
