The Justice Department declined to prosecute Anthony Fox, Lincoln Lampley, and Desmond Barney in the death of Gentleman George Robinson.
Keep in mind then-U.S. Attorney Mike Hurst issued the letter in August 2020. A couple of items of note. The grand jury indicted Fox for culpable negligence. However, a civil rights violation requires a finding of the element of intent, which is absent in a negligence case. The decision was apparently made before the autopsy was completed.

But the District Attorney prosecuted?
After Lumumba intervened and pushed for a prosecution.
Wonder if he will be granted bail while appealing his case.
The grand jury indicted Fox for 2nd-degree murder, or the DA's office did. It's highly questionable the grand jury saw the evidence.
The U.S. Attorney needs to indict Greta and that Constable that helped killed Caveman.
The grand jury....that process likely runs afoul of the law more than a circuit court. The readers do understand that the ADA usually presents the case to the GJ, in secret, without any duty to present exculpatory evidence. Neither defense counsel nor the defendant is entitled to be present during the presentation of their case. There is also no court reporter/record during the GJ process in MS, so we have no proof of what was said or presented. Guranteed there's more corruption in that process than a trial, which is so so very sad. It's not the only contributor to the degradation of our criminal justice system, but the lack of integrity has permeated our profession at all levels.
Not the first time a Hinds County Grand Jury has indicted without seeing all the evidence it should have. Jody Evans plays the game just like the rest of them.
I was told that the sole witness before the grand jury was the so-called eyewitness who was in jail because Officer Fox arrested him.
Mississippi Justice & Public Safety PAC is a left-of-center PAC that was created in 2019 to fund the campaign of Jody Owens, the Democratic candidate for Hinds County District Attorney. The organization is the Mississippi branch of the vast “Safety and Justice” network, a project of left-leaning billionaire George Soros that used a network of similarly named state-level PACs to finance the campaigns of progressive Democratic candidates for district attorney in more than a dozen of America’s cities.

Funding
George Soros donated $500,000 to Mississippi Justice & Public Safety on July 17, 2019, 100 percent of its funding for the year.[1] On November 13, 2019, the organization refunded George Soros the unused funds, totaling $294,191.47.[2]
Controversies
While Mississippi Justice & Public Safety has stayed out of the public eye, the group’s backed candidate Jody Owens, has been accused of sexual harassment by former colleagues. One woman who worked for the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) filed a complaint with the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in the summer of 2019 detailing specific interactions with Owens and an office culture that enabled his behavior.[3]
The woman claimed that Owens made unsolicited comments about her body and touched her without consent.[4] After feeling compelled to attend a dinner with Owens and his family, the woman also claimed that he called her cellphone and asked about her dating life.[5] The woman allegedly reported the harassment to SPLC’s deputy director of criminal justice reform, Lisa Graybill, and Twyla Williams, the director of human resources.[6] Williams arranged a third-party investigation of the complaints, and the woman was told in June that the investigators believed her claims were credible.[7] Ten interviewees claimed that they either experienced, witnessed, or knew about Owens’ harassment of subordinate female employees at SPLC.

Guys like George Soros prefer to select obedient pawns who are compromised. That’s what Epstein was doing. He was compromising powerful men with young girls and then blackmailing them. The reason he was assassinated is because of who he was working for.
It makes me sick how that incompetent loser got elected.
