People say it’s always the Capitol police that are involved in shootings. Well that’s because JPD doesn’t seem to really do much
Watched 2 speeding cars run a red light plain as day and jpd officer just sat there.
Jackson is lost. I'm in the video surveillance industry, and we service several large national accounts all over Mississippi, part of LA, and a 1/3 of Alabama. I stopped taking work orders inside the city limits of Jackson earlier this year. Was having to send two techs to do the work of one tech, and the customer didn't want to pay for the cost of sending two techs. Had to leave one tech in the truck just to watch the tools and the truck itself. My techs came out five different times within the last year to people going through and stealing tools out of the back of the service truck, and in one case they tried to steal the service truck. Not worth it to get my guys robbed or killed. A lot of service companies are having this problem in Jackson.
@7:56 wins drama queen of the year
Finally ! The good guys got a shot off.
Good job Capitol Police! At least they are fighting crime.
@8:15:
Your characterization of 7:56's comment (a straightforward recital of Jackson's criminality) was a bizarre remark, wholly inappropriate.
8:15 (I am not 7:56) but we also have to send 2 techs and pass the cost onto the Jackson customers after having an employee robbed while servicing a home there.
I hope 7:56 lives there and keeps that attitude when you get your bill for most anything.
@7:56 - I have a friend in Birmingham employed by a major supplier of industrial generators. His company rents huge generators (size of freight cars) all over the south. They will not rent anything to the city of Jackson because Jackson doesn't pay its bills. The company got stiffed by the city several years ago and now blacklists Jackson. No pay, no play.
@7:56
Baby Choke! I thought you was in Miami. Welcome home bro.
That press release is suspiciously light on details.
