Will the many volunteer organizations seen in recent weeks be handing out water in the Belhaven neighborhood?
Or does charity only exist for less affluent areas?
We are in the 800 block of Arlington and are under a self-imposed boil water. When it became apparent that we would lose water, I filled the tub for flushing purposes. After 24 hours the bottom of the tub was covered with sediment and there were pieces of something floating. The water IS NOT all right.
