A UPS driver was convicted of malicious mischief and domestic violence after he intentionally gave his girlfriend an STD. The police officer's affidavit states Narada Taylor did
assault, beat, and strike one xxxxxxxx xxxxx to wit: Narada Taylor ex-partner purposely gave her a STD knowing he had it and texted her bragging about it.
The offense took place on June 8, 2021. A separate complaint states he busted out a window of her apartment in December 2021.
Jackson Municipal Court Judge Jeffrey Reynolds found Taylor guilty after a trial. The order states there was "overwhelming evidence" of Taylor's guilty. The Court sentenced Taylor to serve 90 days in jail. However, the defendant must pay a $250 fine and court costs. The Court issued a no-contact order as well.
The Court set a cost bond of $2,500 and an appearance bond of $25,000 for the defendant. He posted bond and was released.
Taylor filed a notice of appeal in Hinds County Court. Attorney Dennis Sweet, IV represents the convict.

The judge ought to go ahead and suspend the “no contact” order as well. And people ask why there is rampant crime in Jackson!
In Hinds County, you have an 85% chance of infection from casual unprotected sex. Lumumba's Republiq is nearly at the top of the nation for per capita infection rate for HIV/AIDS.
What a sick fuck! This fool has no morals. I know his mama is so proud of her son!
Jackson is NASTY!
*This* is the kind of POS that needs to get a 90-year sentence and a $200,000 fine. And on top of that, he should pay solatium to his victim for the rest of the victim's life. Instead, he'll get a few years, credit for time served, maybe half of the prison time suspended, then he'll have some time knocked off for good behavior. Maybe he can work at the Governor's Mansion and the Gov will take a shine to him and free him just before he leaves office; right, Haley?
Meanwhile Dr. John, in the right place at the wrong time, is the one that gets slammed. I don't advocate going light on Dr. John; I advocate going hard -- much harder -- on "people" like this Narada Taylor piece of filth.
90 days + $250? What kind of kangaroo court is that?
Our "justice system" is wild.
UPS Driver? Remembering the old UPS slogan, "What can brown do for you?", I guess we now know.
Of all people, a UPS delivery guy knows you must properly wrap your package.
@5:51 Funniest post in all of JJ in a while
I think Jackson leads the nation in STDs.
(per capita).
So these stats are to be expected.
Maybe we need UPS drivers on the job not in jail. Twisted stuff though.
