Sorry, but the black community leaders are not doing enough. Until you elect an effective mayor and let him install a very effective police force this will stay the course. All urban areas will eventually fall to this pattern unless changes are made. Kenneth? Where are you?
Don't blame the shooter. He probably just fired into the wrong driveway and didn't realize it until the news reported it.
Someone call Talcum X!
4:18 - how would the police have stopped this? It will be interesting to see the shooter's criminal history, and where he stole the firearm and car from. The breakdown begins with the family, and continues in the school system and criminal justice system.

This is Jackson.
I find it really sad that this young man's life is over. Just like all those victims last year whose names are all but forgotten by everyone except those that loved them.
It seems that a significant portion of the population has forgotten that life is precious.
Oh those crazy kids are at it again.
What was the final body count in Jackson in 2018?
It's just the perception of drive-bys.
@7:33, I’m the 4:18 poster. We have a lawless city because of spineless leaders. It does begin with the family unit but that is slowly disappearing in the black community. So what’s your point? You have no one teaching these kids right from wrong.
The gun range is open already?
