Trollfest '09
Trollfest '07 was such a success that Jackson Jambalaya will once again host Trollfest '09. Catch this great event which will leave NE Jackson & Fondren in flames. Othor Cain and his band, The Black Power Structure headline the night while Sonjay Poontang returns for an encore performance. Former Frank Melton bodyguard Marcus Wright makes his premier appearance at Trollfest singing "I'm a Sweet Transvestite" from "The Rocky Horror Picture Show." Kamikaze will sing his new hit, “How I sold out to da Man.” Robbie Bell again performs: “Mamas, don't let your babies grow up to be Bells” and “Any friend of Ed Peters is a friend of mine”. After the show, Ms. Bell will autograph copies of her mug shot photos. In a salute to “Dancing with the Stars”, Ms. Bell and Hinds County District Attorney Robert Smith will dance the Wango Tango.
Wrestling returns, except this time it will be a Battle Royal with Othor Cain, Ben Allen, Kim Wade, Haley Fisackerly, Alan Lange, and “Big Cat” Donna Ladd all in the ring at the same time. The Battle Royal will be in a steel cage, no time limit, no referee, and the losers must leave town. Marshand Crisler will be the honorary referee (as it gives him a title without actually having to do anything).
Meet KIM Waaaaaade at the Entergy Tent. For five pesos, Kim will sell you a chance to win a deed to a crack house on Ridgeway Street stuffed in the Howard Industries pinata. Don't worry if the pinata is beaten to shreds, as Mr. Wade has Jose, Emmanuel, and Carlos, all illegal immigrants, available as replacements for the it. Upon leaving the Entergy tent, fig leaves will be available in case Entergy literally takes everything you have as part of its Trollfest ticket price adjustment charge.
Donna Ladd of The Jackson Free Press will give several classes on learning how to write. Smearing, writing without factchecking, and reporting only one side of a story will be covered. A donation to pay their taxes will be accepted and she will be signing copies of their former federal tax liens. Ms. Ladd will give a dramatic reading of her two award-winning essays (They received The Jackson Free Press "Best Of" awards.) "Why everything is always about me" and "Why I cover murders better than anyone else in Jackson".
In the spirit of helping those who are less fortunate, Trollfest '09 adopts a cause for which a portion of the proceeds and donations will be donated: Keeping Frank Melton in his home. The “Keep Frank Melton From Being Homeless” booth will sell chances for five dollars to pin the tail on the jackass. John Reeves has graciously volunteered to be the jackass for this honorable excursion into saving Frank's ass. What's an ass between two friends after all? If Mr. Reeves is unable to um, perform, Speaker Billy McCoy has also volunteered as when the word “jackass” was mentioned he immediately ran as fast as he could to sign up.
In order to help clean up the legal profession, Adam Kilgore of the Mississippi Bar will be giving away free, round-trip plane tickets to the North Pole where they keep their bar complaint forms (which are NOT available online). If you don't want to go to the North Pole, you can enjoy Brant Brantley's (of the Mississippi Commission on Judicial Performance) free guided tours of the quicksand field over by High Street where all complaints against judges disappear. If for some reason you are unable to control yourself, never fear; Judge Houston Patton will operate his jail where no lawyers are needed or allowed as you just sit there for minutes... hours.... months...years until he decides he is tired of you sitting in his jail. Do not think Judge Patton is a bad judge however as he plans to serve free Mad Dog 20/20 to all inmates.
Trollfest '09 is a pet-friendly event as well. Feel free to bring your dog with you and do not worry if your pet gets hungry, as employees of the Jackson Zoo will be on hand to provide some of their animals as food when it gets to be feeding time for your little loved one.
Relax at the Fox News Tent. Since there are only three blonde reporters in Jackson (being blonde is a requirement for working at Fox News), Megan and Kathryn from WAPT and Wendy from WLBT will be on loan to Fox. To gain admittance to the VIP section, bring either your Republican Party ID card or a Rebel Flag. Bringing both and a torn-up Obama yard sign will entitle you to free drinks served by Megan, Wendy, and Kathryn. Get your tickets now. Since this is an event for trolls, no ID is required. Just bring the hate. Bring the family, Trollfest '09 is for EVERYONE!!!
This is definitely a Beaver production.

Trollfest '07
Jackson Jambalaya is the home of Trollfest '07. Catch this great event which promises to leave NE Jackson & Fondren in flames. Sonjay Poontang and his band headline the night with a special steel cage, no time limit "loser must leave town" bout between Alan Lange and "Big Cat"Donna Ladd following afterwards. Kamikaze will perform his new song F*** Bush, he's still a _____. Did I mention there was no referee? Dr. Heddy Matthias and Lori Gregory will face off in the undercard dueling with dangling participles and other um, devices. Robbie Bell will perform Her two latest songs: My Best Friends are in the Media and Mama's, Don't Let Your Babies Grow up to be George Bell. Sid Salter of The Clarion-Ledger will host "Pin the Tail on the Trial Lawyer", sponsored by State Farm.
There will be a hugging booth where in exchange for your young son, Frank Melton will give you a loooong hug. Trollfest will have a dunking booth where Muhammed the terrorist will curse you to Allah as you try to hit a target that will drop him into a vat of pig grease. However, in the true spirit of Separate But Equal, Don Imus and someone from NE Jackson will also sit in the dunking booth for an equal amount of time. Tom Head will give a reading for two hours on why he can't figure out who the hell he is. Cliff Cargill will give lessons with his .80 caliber desert eagle, using Frank Melton photos as targets. Tackleberry will be on hand for an autograph session. KIM Waaaaaade will be passing out free titles and deeds to crackhouses formerly owned by The Wood Street Players.

I am willing to bet that the DA is going to be sorry that he ever wanted these records unsealed. RSS is a complete idiot.
So when do we get to see them?
Including Judge Whitten's "Investigative Reports"?
Amy Whitten is asuradly one of the most logical and brilliant attorneys in this state. It probably doesn't boad well for Smoith if her Opinion is made public. On the other hand, if I am incorrect about her ruling, things may well be on the upswing for Robert, but that's doubtful. Either way the Supreme Court will place great deference on her legal reasoning. After all she was the attorney for the Court once upon a time and before any of the current Justices held a seat on the Bench.
I am wondering if the release of the sealed files will get the Clarion-Ledger reporters off their "government conspiracy" bandwagon.
Look a the facts:
1) Butler is a habitual criminal
2) Nowhere in McBrides report on the video did he ever say "where" or "when" the dope was planted
3) The Mama Note and Waide's poor excuse for a response to that (i.e Robert's mama just wanted Judge Green & Robert to "get along." Are we in F*&king grade school?)
4) RSS is worried about Butler's being framed in the dope case but has he ever presented any evidence that he was framed in the mail & wire fraud case?
5) RSS is disputing the AG's authority to prosecute cases in Hinds County w/o his permission. How many cases in the past 8 years has he objected to them prosecuting?
6) Lastly, Ivon Johnson. Enough said.
7:31 Agreed!
RSS must be a client of Butlers and it must be on tape
Why the hell else are we here?
Only wish more of the officials in hinds county and jackson could get the same treatment as smith...indictment
Watch and see. I'm betting these unsealed documents show some of our judges in the wrong and further cement the case against Ben Allen and other members of DJP. I'm not saying they will totally exonerate RSS but they will implicate some well known people. Many people in the black community believe the biggest crime RSS committed was to indict and seek indictments against influential members of greater Jackson's white community! Ben Allen was just the tip of the iceberg!
12:15 a.m. Many people in the BLACK community? Those of us in the WHITE community know there is absolute corruption in this city and yes, RSS is getting the backlash for those overdue indictments. This is a smoke and mirrors agenda against RSS and I expect AG might regret participating.
What are you all talking about. Look Robert Smith's office is absolutely corrupt. Lets go through the list of things that might suggest RSS is the problem and not everyone else:
1. He has had a file clerk Steven Smith plead guilty to bribery charges a couple of years ago.
2. recently Ivan Johnson, who was Robert's most trusted ADAs plead guilty to federal bribery charges
3. Three Judges (two black and one white) Weil, Green & Priester have all complained of his behavior and made formal bar complaints
4. The Special Master that was appointed to the case, Amy Whitten complained about RSS attempting to have ex parte communication with her
5. Robert campaign manager Robert "Too Sweet" Henderson has recently been indicted and is implicated with Ivan Johnson--when has a DA ever used a known felon to participate actively in a political campaign for a DA's race. He also advocated for Henderson to be pardoned when Haley Barbour let over 200 felons go
6. RSS openly attempts to stop the AG's office from prosecuting Butler in matters that have nothing to do with the drug cases that RSS claims MBN framed Butler with. This cases happened in 2011-2012. The AG cases are 2016 cases. Why was RSS attempting to prevent the prosecution of Butler in those matters
7. The AG office arrests Smith on charges of defending criminals and ultimately indicts him. BTW Jim Hood is the only state wide democrat in Mississippi. I think it is safe to say that most people in this state and hold him in high regard. Conversely, most people think RSS is on drugs. Several judges have commented on his erratic behavior and the fact that he slipped a note from his mommy under Judge Green's door would suggest his judgment is impaired--really a grown man slipping a note to a circuit judge and thinking that would end well
8. Look at the number of ADAs that started with RSS and are no longer with him. How about none. To put this in perspective these are jobs that pay over a 100K a year. More have quit than were terminated. Why?????? Because RSS is insane No other DA's office in the state has this type of turn over. Jamie is the last hold out and he is willing to do anything to keep his job. He is a jellyfish. Yes he is amicable and he smiles, but definitely not the type of person you would want in a fight. He is has more concern about his expensive life style than his own integrity.
9. This personal vendetta he has against Turk and Beasley. What is that about???? Maybe he is upset because they are doing their jobs and he is not. The part about the political corruption makes no sense. If THERE IS CORRUPTION THEN-0- why has he not contacted the FBI. Remember when he was arrested, the FBI joined Hood in commenting in the press conference
10. He fired Kenny Lewis an investigator with more moral integrity that McBride ever had. The difference between Kenny Lewis and McBride is that Lewis would not blindly do Robert's bidding.
11. I have also noticed a lack of support for RSS. Where are all of those folks that jumped on the bandwagon initially--Little Chuckway?? (I misspelled it on purpose) Kenny Stokes??? Where is the NAACP?? Surely if a black leader in the capital city of Jackson is being wrongly targeted this organization would be making some noise. Maybe because educated people know what you are not willing to admit. RSS is a crook a sham and a disgrace
So please tell me how RSS is helping either community--black or white????????
Thank you 1:21. 12:15 and 8:37 must be one of RSS's customers.
Ironically - the case RSS cites for the principle that the AG's office doesn't have the authority to prosecute without his invitation, Harvey Williams v. State, I ghostwrote RSS's brief which was given to RSS by the attorney representing Williams since it was pretty obvious RSS wasn't competent to file a decent brief on his own behalf.
Maybe RSS will slip another note from his mommy under Judge Roberts' door.
1:21 Just saying what the concensus is among the more objective folks around town. Especially in the northeast part of the city.
Right. YAWN.
@7:13. If you don't see that RSS is crooked you are not objective....you are deaf dumb and blind. RSS is a sham, crook and disgrace. No DA has disgraced the office in such a manner.
I don't know all the details surrounding this case but the fact that Bell Allen used $80,000 of DJP monies to parade Tony Yarber speaks volumes.
The fact that Hinds County and the entire Judicial System in the state both local, state and federal is currupt is obvious.
No everyone calling RSS the worst is Priceless. They forgot about Ed Peters, Scruggs, DeLaughter, and I sure there are others.
But maybe the public cannot remember. Good try everyone. All this mess stinks and I'm sure Jim Hood and the local judges have something to hide.
Tell the truth. There was no $80K of DJP monies. DJP collected money from contributors for the express purpose of contributing to the inaugural gala. The money did not come from the assessments.
As for Peters, Scruggs, and Delaughter, no argument here about how bad they were and no one forgot about them although you might have forgotten that Peters headed RSS's transition team when he was first elected.
Repeat: No one has forgotten about Scruggs and his gang. No one. Nice try.
@ 7:36
Your logic, or lack there of, confounds me. Everyone has "something to hide", but that in no way obsolves RSS of responsibility of his actions.
7:36 You are correct....according to the SA's office, when the $80 grand was deposited into DJP accounts, it became "public funds" and was part of DJP's donations. Doesn't matter where it came from. Public funds are public funds.
@ 8:02 there is knowledge of the check that was written to Tony Yarber and other details I care not to mention. While you are certainly within your right to express your opinion you my friend are absent on the facts.
I have not seen Ed Peters in MS since he moved to LA. Further, his cushy exodus (slap on the hand) by the judiciary tells it all. It time we all face the facts.
MS is one of the most corrupt places in the US. Good-ole-boy politics at its finest.
While I'm not a fan of RSS it's telling how everyone throws rocks while living in a glass house. This saga is extremely bad the the irony is there is better days for Mississippi.
There is a solid reason for the over 50 Special Agents parading the state. Once the crooks are gone this State will be a better place.
It reminds me of the EPP'S Scandal (The Energizer Bunny) that keeps going an going and going and going.
Look out Legislators, Judges, and Corrupt Businessmen because judgment is coming to you!! (Bad Boys, Bad Boys whatcha gonna do?)
9:41
Don't tell us about what you have heard or seen. Many of us worked for Fortner, Peters, the MSSC, and interned, worked for or Directed State Agencies. Many of us are the "Bad Boys", and know the truth about RSS.
King is correct.
How about the missing witness just reported on Clarion Ledger? Seems like someone is getting afraid of the heat that about to unfold.
This is going to be interesting. I sure the Justice Department is watching.
You will see, you will see. @ 9:41
Really! You know the truth! What is truth? Is it something you clowns are attempting to repaint?
As I said earlier, there is a lot of guilty party's to these allegations. I guess I'll do a shout out to MSNBC, Wall Street Journal, NYTIMES, Washington Post about the Great State of Mississippi.
PS. No one cares about RSS.
1:25 Agreed. Some of us have worked against and for Smith and really know the truth!
1:21 It is NOT safe to say most hold Hood in high regard.
Jim Hood is unbelievably corrupt. There are so so many questionable/shady
decisions, money paid to "consultants", outside lawyers having to be hired/
paid when HE is the attorney for MS and on and on.
Feds need to come in to Hinds County "judicial" system from the judges (Weill
and others) to the DA office to the AG office and to many "lawyers" and completely clean house.
There is NO justice; however, there is much much game playing, my penis is bigger than yours, controlling posturing going on all day every day.
Justice is NEVER the goal.
So it is totally par for the course to have Smith, Jamie and who knows how many others facing charges. Deals will be cut with maybe a slap on the hand and a promise not to do it again and all will continue as before.
All the while 2:10 rambles along and makes no sense whatsoever.
@ 10:57 you are a moron. Do you think the public it that stupid. No doubt you are Hood lover. But, I've got news you. Tom Hood and Jim Hood are going down. And if RSS goes with them, that would be great too. Don't forget Ben Allen, Weill, Priester, Green and the all the clowns in the Hood clown car.
So....where are the sealed files?
Judge told Horn to draft the orders to unseal each case or set of documents. He will then present orders to judge. Then they will be placed in their respective file and the great unsealing will take place. I figured it would be the end of the week or so before they were actually unsealed.
Thanks for the info. Best news source in Mississippi because of your hard work!
