JPD made some more arrests in the home invasion that took place in the Country Club of Jackson several weeks ago. JPD tweeted yesterday:
JPD arrested Kneefe Miller, Jr. for kidnapping, auto theft, and being a convicted felon carrying a concealed weapon last week as well. Ridgeland police arrested Deborah Cameron for conspiracy for her alleged role in the home invasion and kidnapping. A Ridgeland Municipal Court set her bond at $1 million Tuesday.
Cameron lived with her boyfriend at his Berkshire Drive home in Ridgeland. Two men kidnapped him June 4 and demanded money. There is some confusion as to whether he escaped or was released. The victim is in his 60's.
Undeterred by failure, the two hoodlums visited the man's parents' home in the Country Club of Jackson where they proceeded to kick open the door, achieving complete tactical and strategic surprise. They tied up the elderly couple at gunpoint and cleaned out their home of jewelry and cash. They also stole a Mercedes. Police are still searching for the suspects. One can only imagine the terror felt by the victims as they were at the total mercy of these thugs. They also got the phone number of their teen granddaughter and threatened her over the phone.
Why is Cameron arrested for conspiracy? Cameron's grandson is serving 20 years for 2nd Degree Murder in prison. Sources say the family is part of a prison extortion ring. They allegedly targeted her boyfriend and his family, hence the conspiracy charge and million-dollar bond.

so is there any more news about the "conspiracy ring" and how this is being carried out from prison? If thugs are now targeting inmates' families in their homes, it is truly concerning.
Prison extortion rings are alive and profitable. Example of such:

Burn the coal, pay the toll.
so...will these youngsters get a 'blessing'. im sure that they sing with the praise team on sunday, volunteer on saturday, and are future amazing community leaders...
No blessings for crime committed in Ridgeland/Madison County.
Cell phones smuggled in are used for this, I wrote about it here last year when people acted like what is
the big deal with prisoners having cell phones. Extorting families is one of the biggest money makers in
prison. Prison is filled with shitheads and going to prison does not make them stop crime. They rarely get
additional time for this either.

The crime was committed in Jackson. I'm sure the country club NE Jackson elites are too busy hanging at there beach houses on 30A or in condo at Oxford to watch judge green give these scums a pass.
The prison system is a joke, the CO's smuggle in the cellphones and drugs. They are just as crooked as the inmates.
They get caught once in a while but there is plenty of corruption in our prisons.
