Our favorite thug, Robert "Too Sweet" Henderson is at it again. Once upon a time he played a drug dealin' hit man, next was a political operative, then he became a Reverend and radio talk show host. Unfortunately, he got busted for being a felon in possession of a firearm and trying to bribe a public official. However, he discovered a new role to play: Sovereign Citizen. However, the role landed him in the same predicament suffered by most Sovereign Citizens: In trouble with the law. Hinds County Circuit Judge Faye Peterson threw him in jail last week after he acted a fool in her courtroom.
Too Sweet started out as one of Frank Melton's special kids, meaning trouble. He had a string of arrests and convictions back in the day:
2/27/97: Violation of Probation, Contempt of Court, Disorderly Conduct
7/10/96: Possession of C/S (controlled substance)
11/10/95: Possession of cocaine, contempt of court
5/26/92: Receiving stolen property
3/2/92: Receiving stolen property
9/6/91: Possession of cocaine
3/18/91: Auto theft
1/15/91: Possession of cocaine
9/20/90: Possession of cocaine
Those are the arrests. The convictions are:
Three years for possession of cocaine with intent. Pled guilty on 5/26/92. Indictment #92-1-090-00.
Three years for possession of cocaine. Two years was suspended. 3 years probation. Pleaded guilty on 11/21/97. Probation ended in 2002. Was fined $2,000.
One year for receiving stolen property. Sentenced on 12/5/97.
His MDOC ID Number was 98630.
However, fortune smiled upon Too Sweet as Governor Haley Barbour pardoned him at the end of his term. Too Sweet became some type of minister and surprise, began working on political campaigns. He worked for Hinds County District Attorney's re-election campaign in 2015.
Unfortunately, his fate took a turn for the worse as he was indicted three years ago for two counts of conspiracy to commit bribery of a public official and another count of being a felon in possession of a firearm. Governor Barbour's pardon didn't extend to an old Illinois felony conviction. The indictments are still pending in Hinds County Circuit Court as Too Sweet awaits trial. Too Sweet apparently represented himself last week at a hearing before Judge Faye Peterson. He managed to get himself thrown in jail last week for contempt of court. Her order states:
Robert Henderson, Jr. was instructed three (3) times by the Court to enter the bar to begin proceedings and address the Court and, further, being so directed by the bailiffs continued to be disruptive and non-compliant.
The Court having summarily found the Defendant to be in Direct Contempt of Court and announcing the same in open court contemporaneous to the offensive conduct or promptly thereafter, and further, having afforded Defendant an opportunity, consistent with the circumstances then existing, to present exculpatory or mitigating evidence and there being given no sufficient or mitigating circumstances for such conduct,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant is GUILTY of Direct, Criminal Contempt, pursuant to Rule 32 of the Mississippi Rules of Criminal Procedure, for which the Court imposes the following sanction: seven (7) days in jail, a time period not exceeding thirty (30) days.
Too Sweet's foolishness didn't end with acting a fool in court but extended to playing stupid games in his numerous motions filed with the court (some are posted below). The indictments referred to Robert Henderson a/k/a Too Sweet. He repeatedly claims the indictments refer to the wrong person because he is Robert Henderson, JR.
He challenged the jurisdiction of the court to even hear the case. He filed a motion asking the court to "identify itself." He argued:
To intelligently defend myself, I must know the Court I am in, I must know what type of law you are practicing, and I must know that you have proven on the record what you have done. Therefore, I being the accused, respectfully Move this Court to identify itself and the type law that it is practicing. He referred to his name in the indictments as the "defendant's strawman name." He claimed in an affidavit he was reserving "all rights as the natural living man and the beneficiary of the Robert Henderson, Jr. Estate." He said the court had no authority to force him to have an attorney. He even asked for the foreign registration of the officers who arrested him. You can't make this up.
Judge Peterson ordered him to submit to a mental evaluation on May 25 at the office of Dr. William Lott. Meanwhile, Too Sweet sits in jail serving out his seven day sentence.

Sounds like some lawyer such as RSS is ghosting Too Sweet's legal defense.
And WHY did Barbour pardon him? Can any Republicans answer that question?
It appears that he is more than qualified to be Baby Chok's heir apparent.
Sounds like he and his sister got together to prepare that nonsense.
Certificate of Service filed on Judge Faye Eleanor Peterson "Trespass" lol .... well he threw everything in there...if it's not in the filing it can't be argued
@ 9:06 They did zero due diligence. There is way more out there on him.
Before all you geniuses start arguing conspiracies, all of the stuff he has filed is typical 'no sovereign'/'courts are illegal' pleadings plucked from the tax protester movement websites. Same thing Wesley Snipes (for one) got caught up in, and several local notables have been prosecuted by former AUSA, now USA, Mike Hurst for the same behavior.
If you want to steal and rob from people there are two career paths you can follow. Reverend or Politician. This clown has a double major.
9:06, please call Haley and ask him yourself. The you can share with all of us what he says. You can reach him at BGR Group-202-333-4936
How Sweet! Another gift from Haley. Once all the boondoggles and bad guys are accounted for, I wonder if his legacy is still a net positive for our state.
Since we always use this website to bash Hinds County Judges, I just wanted to point out that Judge Peterson is doing a good job of running a courtroom and holding people accountable.
Sovereign Citizens .. one of my major past times is seeing these fools get owned by law enforcement and judges in the videos they themselves post on Facebook. Them and the Moorish people are so entertaining when it comes to complete ignorance. I guess I should throw in those 1st amendment auditors (instigators looking to file for money) too since they act like bafoons too.
this guy might have been sipping the same water that all the McDanielites were...
