Anybody wanna bet he was laid up with another dude's chick. His facebook shirt says Let's get Hammered. He probably wasn't in long enough to get it.

If you know a trooper or long-serving cop, you've heard the stories....it's amazing how they make their way through other people's wives, including each others.

It takes a special kind of woman to fall for that crap over and over. As much as I'm not a fan of a lot of roided up troopers, there's at least a 50% chance he was set up by a crazy gal.

First of all, an assault should be an assault whether it's a spouse or some stranger in a bar.

Secondly, the person assaulted shouldn't have to file a complaint nor should their testimony matter if the officers investigating document the injuries and do a proper investigation.

There’s three sides to the story. Each of their sides and the truth. From what I understand, the Trooper wasn’t the aggressor in this situation. He grabbed the female’s hands to keep her from hitting him anymore. The officer arrested both of them without investigating the incident fully. She did not call the police, someone else inside the house called. That was both of their sides of the story. In reference to the administration......if Fisher has it his way, the Trooper will be terminated even if nothing actually happened. He has fired more Troopers in his 2 1/2 years as the Commissioner of DPS than any other commissioner in DPS history. He has a team of attorneys he carries around with him that make every situation fit his agenda. He set out to ruin DPS and that’s exactly what he’s done. Although his time is very limited, he continues to ruin it more and more everyday. He’s the true definition of evil. His number 1 “yes man”, Chris Gillard sold his soul to politics many years ago. The reason he is in the position he’s in is because, he will do anything he’s told to do. Whether it’s ethical or unethical, he has no problem being the coward he is to keep him in the good graces of Marshall Hitler. Gillard will never recover from this. The Troopers will never respect him again.

got news for all you JJ lawyers. in a dom.violence case it is the officer, not the alleged victim, that signs the charge. the victim cannot go drop it. and many a case has been made without the cooperation of the victim. try doing the unthinkable and reading the statute, rather than just make it up or pull it out if the air.

If MHP gets half as bad under Marshall as DOC this state will be gone. If our motorist and travelers ever feel the low blows this evil man delivers then this is dangerous. I don't know who the aggressor was because of course I wasn't there. However, sometimes women are the aggressors. Don't judge until all the facts are out.

If there were no visible signs of injury the Flora officer should not have arrested anyone. If one showed significant injury the officer should have arrested the other one. Really have no idea what happened and y’all have no business badmouthing the Trooper or the Highway Patrol. You weren’t there so what you think doesn’t mean anything except it does a fine job of exposing your ignorance.

I represented the trooper in Flora Municipal Court this morning and the domestic violence charge was DISMISSED. Attorney Carlos Moore
