Mad Dog Mattis made a few remarks to some troops at an undisclosed location overseas:

Stark contrast between the wise and humble General and the self-centered bullshit artist in the White House. God help us.

1:55 - Remember the self-centered bullshit artist in the White House CHOSE the wise and humble General, who aligned himself with the self-centered bullshit artist in the White House, WELL BEFORE the election and he has stuck with him. Mattis is a good man -- I trust his judgement.

The self-centered bullshit artist was elected to his post by the American people. The general was appointed to his post.
Notice the difference? Remember how many politicians the self-centered bullshit artist defeated to become president.
God did help us. We now have a man in office who is not a politician.

4 to 8 more years of Obamas policies being carried out by the hopeful next dems were to bring this nation to its knees. I have no idea why people dislike Trump. Has the economy not gotten better? It has for me. If anyone says it hasn't for them then they need to get their head out of the sand. So, he picked one hell of a damn good man (Mattis), we needed someone like the General to LEAD! I suppose some are ok with transgenders serving in the military. Mattis is not ok with it. I don't really understand why a male who wants to be female or vice Versa would want to be in the military. Man, all this makes my head hurt. But then again, this was a long range plan from outside sources like Soros, Bilderbergs and the Rothchilds to knock the US down. Well, it didn't work. They didn't plan on the average joe being fed up with the crap in Washington and the rest of the world feeding off us.

Proving once again that Fat Boy 45 really is the moron whisperer! Nothing dumber or more ignorant than a Trump-supporting Trumpanzee! How did Trump get elected? The arrest have started. Uday and Qsay Trump will be jailed and their moronic father gone from the White House by spring.

2:50 PM, I'm going to gleefully gloat when your "disability" check and all the other aid that keeps you Trumpanzees above ground gets cut off.

The last BS artist in the White House fired/ran off scores of good generals, decimated the military in general, and would have been appalled at a guy like Mattis, who speaks frankly and gets stuff done, including the hard and dangerous part.

Possible the only thing Trump has done right.

3:23 + 3:25 PM, BRING IT!

Talk about intelligence. Some people still do not know how Trump won so easily.
It wasn't those who are on disability that voted for Trump. They are all democrats.
If it wasn't for all of the deadbeats and illegals the democrat party would disappear.

2:50 PM You left out the Illumaniti

5:17 not only did the welfare bums and queens elect Trump, they also elected Phil and Tater. They consistently vote against their on interest.
2:50 you and the rest of your buddies need to understand that this is still Obama's economy.Trump is going to screw it up too. Just look at his business at his joint down in Florida, folks are cancelling events daily.

Anonymous said...

What Mattis was trying to get across was that Trump will be gone soon and things will be back to normal.

Anonymous said...

3:25, I work for everything I have and yes I support Trump. I don't appreciate being called a chimpanzee. I'm not going to stoop to your level. Now I could call your dems names but I'm not. You sore losers have to understand this was a job NO ONE wanted. So you think Hillary could have done a better job? We want jobs and a better economy...not to have to or want to depend on the government, which many of us find repulsive. Yet, there are many who want redundancy in government agencies to secure jobs. Remember, the government doesn't exist to work for profit margins. It only exists to for its own benefit. Smaller government never hurt anyone. I could state a few things from our founding fathers but you sound like the type of person who would say I'm reciting what a slave owner said. You would probably be in the same boat with Dekeether Stamps and tell everyone you are a Native African American who was here thousands of years before Crisper Columbus and your people walked the Natchez Trace as a trade route .

Right now I think a smaller government with no restraints on businesses would be a very good idea. Hell, we did REBUILD the world through the Marshall Plan after WWII, or is that something you want to rewrite also. American ingenuity and it's perseverance to overcome obstacles has what made us. Now, all the detractors want to tak us back 100 years, rewrite history have men wearing panties
and bras, your women wear jock straps while your followers make the white race ashamed. Never will I be ashamed.

6:28pm, after decades of Republican leadership in the state, Mississippi's state government is larger than its ever been. Not smaller, larger.

I will eat my hat if in four years the federal government is smaller than it is now.

Let him go down with the ship 3:25, even if you threw him a lifeline he wouldn't grab it.

We'll see who is left standing and who is not 7:55 when it all comes down. It won't be 3:25. Once the restraints are removed, it won't be 3:25. It wasn't 3:25 and their ilk who drove record weapons sales while the Kenyan was in office. Cheers.

6:28 -- well said. The ones responding are either (1) paid by the DNC or some liberal sub group to troll sites and they're sitting in their "lofts" somewhere in Manhattan espousing violently their pacifist philosophy, or (2) have never ever ever had to make a payroll and understand the ramifications of profit margin, cost containment, tax payments, etc. They think all deserve participation trophies and money is just printed and spent.

If you think the DNC has time for JJ, you probably think the south won the Civil War. Stop looking for a conspiracy. Realize that people who actually know how to govern are feed up with Trump. It's not the Democrats, It's the Republicans!

The real economy isn't doing nearly as well as the stock market. I think Dodd-Frank is a horrible law for finance in general, but it's what's keeping the banks from bringing this bitch down to its tippy toes. Boom and bust. If they repeal Dodd-Frank without anything better to replace it, then the upcoming bust will be bad( oh and it's coming-you can bet your ass it is). Only a delusional partisan hack thinks that we're living in the Obama economy; we're still living in the Obama budget. The FED sets monetary policy. They put money into the economy and take it away with interest rates. If you think the DOW will get to 30,000.00, then bend over. You will be raped.

3:25, of course you're ashamed! That's why your post does not contain your name or any indication of who you are. It does, however, contain the spelling and grammatical errors we have become accustomed to having to translate when trying to decipher writings from Trumpanzees.

Obama (or ZERO as I like to call him) was/is the biggest BULLSHIT artist this country has ever seen!! I frankly don't know how this country survived 8 years of him. I'm not completely sold on the job that Trump is doing, but I'd rather have him as POTUS than Hitllary any day!! We are finally getting back to being a nation that leads, rather than a nation that apologizes for every ill in the world, whether we had anything to do with it or not, and appeases our enemies. ZERO will go down in history as the absolute worst president this nation has ever seen.

Anonymous said...

Check out the number of people on government assistance when Obama came into office and the numbers when he left. Now take the larger number, you will find that number when Obama left office. Subtract the smaller number, you will find that one when Obama came into office.
Do the same for the number of people on food stamps.
Do the same thing with the number of people living at or below the poverty level.

There is one set of numbers that will be exactly the opposite of the above numbers. Look at the number of home owners when Obama came into office. Now look at the number of home owners when Obama left office.

@7:54 I notice that YOUR post does not contain YOUR name. Just an oversight, I suppose. As for the "spelling & grammatical errors", only a complete BORE obsesses of such trivia, especially in this world of technology that insists on second-guessing everything you try to type and cell phone keyboards so tiny that even your little finger is many time the size of a single letter. It's a wonder we can even type our own names without error. Your problem is far worse that 3:35's very, very minor errors. See, HE had something to SAY and, his message was VERY clear. YOU on the other hand......YOU have nothing. Yet somehow, you think your regurgitation of "Trumpanzees" makes you clever...or something. Sad.

3:25, I got a laugh out of your post. You are complaining about a person not putting their name or any indication of who they are then you post anonymously.
Now that is a sign of intelligence.

Every time I think the corruption and abuse of power in every level of government is unbelievable, I find I've only scratched the surface. If you haven't seen it in your own party, you haven't even looked. I don't ever want a career politician serving our country ... period. Not going to happen I know. The powers that be are simply pillaging, plundering, … while we are screeching at our neighbors and allowing our fellow citizens to be beaten for their opinions. Santas not coming. It's just us and it starts here.

@august 27 11:10 please help me understand the logic of you and others who believe the economy was a shit show under Obama but is doing record numbers in just 7 months of trump. Is Trump a God? Or did Republicans refuse to give Obama credit for anything lest they be seen as a lefty loving hippie? How is it that in just 7 months Trump helped revive the stock market that saw record highs under Obama. This is how you lose credibility. You can give a person a compliment and still be critical in other areas. I'll show you. I think Trump is a probably gonna win and should win employee of the month while working for Russia. The way he's managing to alienate this country and give our allies the middle finger, giving intel to Russian spies, how his entire circle conveniently forgot about meetings with Russians, literally dividing the country, spewing the same rhetoric as was found to be propaganda by Russians spread over social media and somehow managing to make those critical of the Kremlin and communism say no big deal, brilliant. Raegan would be proud. Now for the criticism. You are not a President because you occupy the office. It's what you do that makes you President. This guy engages in twitter wars with everyday people. Did not drain the swamp. Enlarged government. Is a repulsive liar (lock her up). Has not defeated Isis as he promised within the first few months of his tenure, did not have a plan to repeal and replace and will make you pay for the wall. You put a man in the White House because he is a business man and not a politician. Executive branch is but one branch of government. Congress is still run by politicians. Genius. We have a tripartite system of government. Three co-equal branches.

4:47. a person is president when the people of the U.S. elect him to be president. Just because you backed a looser does not change who is president. It just shows your ignorance. You can choose to join the rest of the U.S. and try to make our country great again or you can choose to stick your head in your ass and think Hillary won the presidency. Somehow I think you will be parting your cheeks to allow room for your head and try your best to make it worse on the citizens of this country.

There’s a reason the Founding Fathers stressed the need for civilian control of the military. There’s a reason the founding documents of the Defense Department, created just 70 years ago, re-emphasized the principle. It’s customary for the armed forces to serve as the bulwark against foreign enemies; it’s something unusual, and disconcerting, for them to do so against the whims and outbursts of the country’s elected child in chief.

When Nixon raged and ranted in drunken bouts of anger and paranoia (he would be forced to resign, under pressures of likely impeachment, in August), then–Secretary of Defense James Schlesinger told the then–chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Gen. George Brown, to consult with him before executing any unusual orders from the White House.

Things never came to that crossroad. If they had, and if Brown had obeyed Schlesinger instead of Nixon, that would have amounted to an act of grave insubordination, even a coup d’etat—though an ultimately patriotic one.

“You just hold the line,” Mattis told the troops—hang on to your toughness and your values—until things back home straighten out. Mattis must be telling himself to “hold the line” every day. The question is how far that line extends and how far he would go to hold it.

Again, better that Mattis is there to advise and possibly contain Trump in a moment of dire crisis. But there is a danger in his words. It’s worth repeating the preface to Mattis’ “hold the line” imperative: “You’re a great example of our country right now. Our country, right now, it’s got problems that we don’t have in the military.”

Mattis is right! The man in the White House is reckless and unmanageable, a danger to the Constitution, a threat to our democratic institutions.

Republican members of Congress acknowledge the rolling disaster that is the Trump administration. Those Republicans, Wehner said, are privately declaring the president a “child king” who is incompetent and unfit for office.

Last week some of his worst qualities were on display: his moral vacuity and his disregard for the truth, as well as his stubborn resistance to sensible advice. As ever, he lashed out at imaginary enemies and scapegoated others for his own failings. Most important, his reluctance to offer a simple and decisive condemnation of racism and Nazism astounded and appalled observers around the world.

last week, five members of the Joint Chiefs of Staff issued a tacit rebuke to the president by condemning racism and hatred in Charlottesville. Denouncing Nazis and Klansmen is not exactly controversial or cutting-edge in 2017, but for the generals to take on the commander in chief is, to say the least, highly unusual.

Enjoy the clown show while it last, Trumptards. It's not going to be around much longer. The hounds are closing in!

I hate to break it to you but America was already Great before Trump. How bout a little patriotism. If you haven't been paying attention, each candidate paints the grimmest forecast of our country for their presidential bid. This MAGA was just bs. Candidate Trump said jobs numbers of just under 5% under Obama were fake. President Trump recently touted and took credit for 4% unemployment. Candidate Trump said debt was bad. President Trump wants to stay in Afghanistan indefinitely, make you pay for the wall, and expand DHS. Dems and Repubs fall for it over and over. They tell you what you want to hear and then give you what you think you should have. There was nothing wrong with the country under Obama or Bush that's any different today. Unless by MAGA you mean put a white male in office, I'll refrain from commenting. I will say if America wasn't great, under Obama republicans had a majority of governorships, a majority of the Supreme Court, a majority of state controlled legislators, a republican house and senate, a majority of red states, and even in the great state of MS, we've had Barbour, Phil and will probably get Tater or Gunn with a republican controlled legislature. If the country was not great it wasn't the fault of democrats. As MS continues to decline, I am curious to see where you will place blame. Will it be God's gift to mankind, can do no wrong Republicans, or the scum of the earth, Dems and minorities? If your life wasn't great its not Obama's fault and it won't be Trumps fault. If you depend on Trump, Obama or any elected official to change your outlook you suck at life.

4:47: I think you missed my point. There are things that politicians can do via policiy to set the stage to unleash "animal spirits" in the market, but it is the fed that does the engineering behind the scenes. The only thing a president can do is appoint a fed chair. Guess who
is propping up the market right now? The fed. The wool has been pulled over your eyes. The people all of the sudden chiming in saying, well look at the Trump [stock market] economy are biased. The only thing they could be referring to are the animal spirits he unleashed, but they will soon die if the Trump agenda can't be passed.

Kingfish said...

Stock market has been high for some time because the Fed has been propping up stock prices.

The unemployment rate is good but what you should really look at is GDP. It has stayed at 2% or under for too long - and THAT is probably what got Trump elected more than anything. Stagnant economy means people will take a chance on a candidate from a different party.

You're right,of course, KF, and I would suggest the median income is also a factor.

I must say the " get over it Trump won" comments and the "he's our President" comments are the height of hypocrisy for those who " didn't get over" ( and apparently still haven't) Obama being President with greater margins.

I , for one, wanted President Trump to succeed. I also wanted Obama to succeed. I haven't found either to be perfect. I am, however, very concerned about President Trump's inability to think before he speaks or tweets or acts and his continued disinterest in expertise or educating himself on issues or events before shooting off his mouth.

I am very concerned that far too many supporters of Trump continue to make vicious comments and posts on people and events that aren't even close to being true. For example neither of Obama's daughters have been arrested and Obama hasn't gone to Houston ( these are two recent examples). And,the pizzagate invented story damn near got someone killed and ruined a man's business. Obama wasn't forceful enough in speaking out when his supporters were vicious, but he didn't repeat or act on false stories or claim true stories were " fake" either.

And, I suggest everyone bother with the legal facts about pardons that Presidents have made. I was upset with our weak immigration policies before it was fashionable, but to detain or arrest legal citizens simply because they look Latino is an egregious abuse of power. It's hardly on the scale of pardoning someone for contempt because they refuse to testify.

I see too many justifying corruption and abuse of power and wronging doing by suggesting their opponents were worse. I vote for someone in hopes they will be honorable, not just the same, somewhat less bad or worse.

8:53, something I do not understand. Maybe you can help.

Why are the democrats so upset about Russia helping Trump win when Hillary got the most votes? Hillary just wasn't smart enough to know that there are more than two states in the U.S. She thought the votes in other states did not count. Did Russia whisper that in her ear?

I'm a proud Independent, trying to maintain my balance. I loathe Trump, but I also heartily dislike Hillary Clinton. She should have divorced her philandering husband long ago, for one thing. Mainly she could not clear her mind of worn out Democratic policies. Obama was an illusion, but not near as bad an illusion as Trump. We're in trouble, and for now I'm only hopeful at all because of people like General Mattis, and even Rex Tillerson. And cheers for Rick Perry for being willing to see reason. If these folks and others at their level in the government are willing to serve, even with the Mad King on the throne, then we will survive his reign. And may God bless and support John Kelly and Gary Cohn. Stay the course, gentlemen; America is anxiously relying on you.

Trollfest '09

Trollfest '07 was such a success that Jackson Jambalaya will once again host Trollfest '09. Catch this great event which will leave NE Jackson & Fondren in flames. Othor Cain and his band, The Black Power Structure headline the night while Sonjay Poontang returns for an encore performance. Former Frank Melton bodyguard Marcus Wright makes his premier appearance at Trollfest singing "I'm a Sweet Transvestite" from "The Rocky Horror Picture Show." Kamikaze will sing his new hit, “How I sold out to da Man.” Robbie Bell again performs: “Mamas, don't let your babies grow up to be Bells” and “Any friend of Ed Peters is a friend of mine”. After the show, Ms. Bell will autograph copies of her mug shot photos. In a salute to “Dancing with the Stars”, Ms. Bell and Hinds County District Attorney Robert Smith will dance the Wango Tango.

Wrestling returns, except this time it will be a Battle Royal with Othor Cain, Ben Allen, Kim Wade, Haley Fisackerly, Alan Lange, and “Big Cat” Donna Ladd all in the ring at the same time. The Battle Royal will be in a steel cage, no time limit, no referee, and the losers must leave town. Marshand Crisler will be the honorary referee (as it gives him a title without actually having to do anything).

Meet KIM Waaaaaade at the Entergy Tent. For five pesos, Kim will sell you a chance to win a deed to a crack house on Ridgeway Street stuffed in the Howard Industries pinata. Don't worry if the pinata is beaten to shreds, as Mr. Wade has Jose, Emmanuel, and Carlos, all illegal immigrants, available as replacements for the it. Upon leaving the Entergy tent, fig leaves will be available in case Entergy literally takes everything you have as part of its Trollfest ticket price adjustment charge.

Donna Ladd of The Jackson Free Press will give several classes on learning how to write. Smearing, writing without factchecking, and reporting only one side of a story will be covered. A donation to pay their taxes will be accepted and she will be signing copies of their former federal tax liens. Ms. Ladd will give a dramatic reading of her two award-winning essays (They received The Jackson Free Press "Best Of" awards.) "Why everything is always about me" and "Why I cover murders better than anyone else in Jackson".

In the spirit of helping those who are less fortunate, Trollfest '09 adopts a cause for which a portion of the proceeds and donations will be donated: Keeping Frank Melton in his home. The “Keep Frank Melton From Being Homeless” booth will sell chances for five dollars to pin the tail on the jackass. John Reeves has graciously volunteered to be the jackass for this honorable excursion into saving Frank's ass. What's an ass between two friends after all? If Mr. Reeves is unable to um, perform, Speaker Billy McCoy has also volunteered as when the word “jackass” was mentioned he immediately ran as fast as he could to sign up.

In order to help clean up the legal profession, Adam Kilgore of the Mississippi Bar will be giving away free, round-trip plane tickets to the North Pole where they keep their bar complaint forms (which are NOT available online). If you don't want to go to the North Pole, you can enjoy Brant Brantley's (of the Mississippi Commission on Judicial Performance) free guided tours of the quicksand field over by High Street where all complaints against judges disappear. If for some reason you are unable to control yourself, never fear; Judge Houston Patton will operate his jail where no lawyers are needed or allowed as you just sit there for minutes... hours.... months...years until he decides he is tired of you sitting in his jail. Do not think Judge Patton is a bad judge however as he plans to serve free Mad Dog 20/20 to all inmates.

Trollfest '09 is a pet-friendly event as well. Feel free to bring your dog with you and do not worry if your pet gets hungry, as employees of the Jackson Zoo will be on hand to provide some of their animals as food when it gets to be feeding time for your little loved one.

Relax at the Fox News Tent. Since there are only three blonde reporters in Jackson (being blonde is a requirement for working at Fox News), Megan and Kathryn from WAPT and Wendy from WLBT will be on loan to Fox. To gain admittance to the VIP section, bring either your Republican Party ID card or a Rebel Flag. Bringing both and a torn-up Obama yard sign will entitle you to free drinks served by Megan, Wendy, and Kathryn. Get your tickets now. Since this is an event for trolls, no ID is required. Just bring the hate. Bring the family, Trollfest '09 is for EVERYONE!!!

This is definitely a Beaver production.
