Prayers for Mike!
people are dying of cancer every day in this country because they can't afford or there insurance will not pay for treatment. and this big cat gets the best care in a great medical care facility. wow, are our priorities pretty screwed up?????????
That's a big ol beautiful cat right there.
@2:52 - Yet, instead of working for a change or supporting or donating to a non-profit to help cancer patients with financial needs receive necessary treatment, you got on the Internet to complain about a tiger who without this experimental treatment would be dead in a month and is not keeping any person from getting their cancer treated.
So, who has the screwed up priorities again?
Beautiful animal.
This treatment for the mascot of a team that the Governor says needs to be shut down because of the state's financial crisis. I'm sure that the logic for this treatment is that once completed, the Governor can sell this feline once the football program is shut down and help pay for his treatment.
2:52 here. you don't have a fruggin clue what you are talking about. I am a cancer survivor, twice in fact. I was lucky, I had good insurance at the times; great doctors, and early detection both times. I am active in assisting victims of this disease. I have told my story to whoever will listen with the hopes they will go to the doctor if they have any suspicion or any symptoms. So 5:53, stick it up your ass!
Reddit's /r/football users are doing a short brick donation campaign to raise money for Mike's treatment and LSU's veterinary school if anyone's interested. Fundraising closes at 11 PM central time tonight.
I'd rather donate to save a child.
2:52 again. Yes, 9:43, right on! I suggest donations to Blair Batson Children's Hospital at UMMC.
Lot of Ole Miss fans hating on Mike the Tiger....you know, LSU's "real rival" as they call themselves.
Does chemotherapy cause fur loss in felines?
