It is perfectly legal to switch hit in Mississippi as long as you did not vote in the primary for the democrat. That is exactly what I am doing to keep that self serving loon out of the Senate and more importantly preserve our power in Washington. It is sad that the Democrats have to remind many republicans in the state what exactly Seniority in the Senate means when there are no term limits in place.
