The sister of the murder victim, Bobby Davis, addressed Judge Peterson. "It has been a horrible experience since May 1," she said.
"There are no winners," said Judge Peterson as she pronounced sentence on William Earvin Edwards, giving him life in prison.

I didn't know that life sentences were even possible in Hinds County. Who knew?
