There’s a trial lawyer in Jackson who worked at Brunini many years ago. He was instructed to show the recruits around the office. He showed this group how to place items in your office to make it look like you’re in the office but you’ve really left. J.Gidd. was not employed at Brunini long after that.
Where's Carlos Moore name?
“Man, I can’t wait til the latest Bar sanctions drop.”
—said no one, ever
Private reprimand. About what I expect from a bunch of attorneys.
@10:14, I know a former Governor who did the same thing as an associate at a Washington DC firm.
Only 4 sanctions for dishonest lawyers over a 6 month time frame? Where are the other 78 pages?
I thought that I heard Carlos the Clown yell "pick me, pick me." So sad...passed over again.
M-Bar ?
Is chronic alcoholism a reason for getting disbarred?
1:48 : That would retire about 20 right off the top of my head.
christine huffman was the ultimate hustler.
to bad the suspension left out the part about her arrest in rankin county for arson after she attempted to burn down her own house after her hubby kicked her swindling ass out.
christine huffman should have been disbarred.
a six months suspension is improper considering what she did
this sort of thing is typical of the ms state bar
there is little rhyme or reason for the disciplinary sanctions they hand down.
the punishment never fits the offense
