entrance; Honor Guard carries the casket to the second floor rotunda.

11:00 – 11: 30 a.m. – Remarks by Mississippi Governor Phil Bryant, Lieutenant Governor Tate Reeves, and Speaker Philip Gunn
11:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. – Senator Cochran lies in state

Celebrating the life of the "Great Solicitor" of yankee dollars for poor Mississippians.
I know this is a losing battle but only heads of state can lie in state, everyone else lies in repose.
