A couple wanted in a triple homicide at a Jackson pawn shop and a burglary in Pascagoula has reportedly been spotted in Tennessee.
Jamison Layne Townsend and an unidentified man who may be named Josh were seen in Coffee County, Tennessee on Monday and pulled over by a Tennessee Highway Patrol trooper.
When the officer approached the red Dodge Charger the driver took off down Highway 41. Rest of article.
The male suspect has been identified as Joshua Garcia. He has a criminal record. The Clarion-Ledger reported:
Lock and load.
According to prison records, he was convicted of robbery in 1999 and sentenced to five years probation. In 2000, he received three concurrent five year sentences for burglary, armed robbery, and receiving stolen property. In 2006, Garcia was sentenced to four years for burglary of an unoccupied dwelling, and in 2009 he was convicted of grand larceny and burglary of an unoccupied dwelling. He was released on parole in 2014 and was no longer under observation in January of 2015.

The Dodge Charger is the SRT version, very high performance. Not that many of them on the road and I'm surprised they're still in it, but not surprised they out ran the police.
Wonder why they didn't just shoot first and ask questions later. Just like what's done in other situations across the country.
nothing like the good ole catch and release program...
Another example of someone who should still be in prison. Or perhaps the system deemed him rehabilitated.
With a record like his and they let him out of jail. I think feel and Steve Picket need to answer some questions

That's a good point. But you know all these 'Feel supporters will give him a pass
If this happened in Texas, the Governor would be front and center.
We do not hold the Governor in Mississippi accountable for the crime rate in this state. It's time we start holding them accountable for the death rate per capita in this state.
