Update (9/4/2025): The pdf was removed as promised. The action follows earlier JJ policy of posting information about students or juveniles on a temporary basis except for violent crimes. Since there are so many comments that obviously took some time to write, the post itself will remain.
Note: This post will be coming down in the next day or so. The story is a legitimate one but in the age of Google, this post should not last forever as there are student-athletes involved.
The little graphic posted below shows the new state of athletic affairs at Jackson Academy. To say some parents are not pleased is an understatement.

«Oldest ‹Older 201 – 210 of 210It’s so nice to live rent free Saturday morning in some people’s heads. Go Raiders!
Who does Clinton Academy play next week?
If you had to have everyone sit out that transferred this year, Jackson Academy would not have a football or baseball team.
He either moved homes closer to prep or a parent now works there—- which is completely unfair as all of your public school transfers/ recruits just had to show up on campus. What a joke acting like you’re proud of the win last night - pathetic!!!! The majority of the high school paying parents are counting the days until they are Done with that place. Good luck with any future alumni donations—- If you think any of the recruited kids will ever give anything back to JA you’re delusional.
I watched, and have a serious question. Don’t know as much about football as Duggar, so genuinely curious. Clearly, JA line was dominant on both sides of ball and controlled the line of scrimmage. Yet, they played single coverage on their best player with late safety help all game long. Why not rush 3 and drop into nickel coverage? Hell, you could rush two and Leake still wouldn’t have been able to run ball.
@2:07 I don’t know, some may go pro. Hopefully they will give back. Or some may marry into money and give as long as they get what they want.
Have a good afternoon Nick
The JA parents want more comments!!!!
So do the Hartfield and MRA!
Jackson Academy put on an email today stating that they get over 90% financial aid de kids. Then they went out to call it not recruiting!
All of the private schools had 1 or 2 from outside the area on a scholarship for *sports* in the 90's and it simply got out of hand. Some schools more than others. I have seen some recently leave because the schools didn't cover tuition for the other siblings. That was the parents demanding they get their child player at the cost of tuition of all siblings. Most of these star players are short lived as being standouts. Believe me the We Are JA signs are alive and well far from the school but most have parents that work in Jackson far from Madison. Alot has changed with private schools but it's always been about sports and winning.
