Keep up the good work.
So, poor men don't get oral cancer? Good job, UMMC.
Nothing is free KF. Dig a little deeper and tell us what federal grant and tax write-off UMMC is getting.
So basically if they detect cancer sooner, they get to treat patients longer and make more money. A fast cancer death is a wasted opportunity for the hospitals. Also, if a hospital diagnosis a patient, said patient is likely to use that hospital for treatment. I’m not hating, it’s actually brilliant marketing. Never forget that our healthcare facilities are in it to make a profit. Not necessarily a bad thing, just an observation. Our system is way better than the overburdened socialized systems in UK and Canada.
