Judge Melvin Priester has the blood of a murderer in his hands. He should have never let him out on bail. This murderer would still be alive if Priester hadn’t allowed bail.

But could he read at a third grade level? According to the elected representatives that place education above all other budget line items literacy is more important than law and order. At the end of the day with our squabbles and broken culture we will have neither.

The voters and leadership in Jackson have the city they want. A large majority of the citizens hate law and order. They despise the police and will not live in a civilized manner.

But, it's their city. They get to call the shots (literally). Very much like all other urban landscapes.

Right now the voters that will change Rankin are still in school. In less than 10 years you will have at least 2 democrat judges elected, a democrat sheriff and you will all be fleeing to brand new gated subdivisions up Hwy 25 in Leake County.

That video was heart rendering. I watched it before it was removed. In some way, I wish it was still watchable. I think it might teach a tough lesson, but the powers that be determine what is right and what is wrong. My feelings were about how little value these “people” value other lives.

there have been weekends in chicago alone, where more black people were killed by black people, then black people killed by police in an entire year across the entire country. yet they want you to think every officer, particularly white officers, wake up every day looking for black people to murder. if that were the case, there would be no black people left. but it isn't the case, and statistics from DOJ, and FBI prove this.

since roe vs wade, more black babies have been killed by abortion than the entire black US population in 1960, and in new york, there have been years where more unborn black babies are killed than are born. let that sink in for a minute. and if they do make it through birth, they have a higher chance of being killed by another black person than anyone else.

black folks make up about 13% to 15% of the US population. about half of them are female, so that leaves about 6.5 -7.5% black males. that includes infants to senior citizens, so let's just divide that group into thirds to make it easy. you now have approximately 2.2-2.8% of the US population within the age range of the group doing all these killings. and then when you think about the fact that not all of them are engaged in this destructive behavior, the actual number of people doing the killing is very small. it's just unfortunately concentrated in certain cities. and yet, nothing but crickets from BLM, the mainstream media, and democrat politicians.

so, the short answer to your question, is NO.

If someone or something is shot point-blank, they are shot when the gun is touching them or extremely close to them. I learned, from the original weapon training group I was trained in that point blank is the range at which a given weapon/ammunition combination can be fired at the center or vital area of a given target and hit it without the shooter having to adjust the elevation of the weapon to account for the effect of gravity on the projectile's trajectory. But guess I'm splitting hairs.

Y’all guy had already pointed the gun at shorter guy initially even after shorter guy said “ the girl not my type I don’t have no beef with you man”, so shorter guy knew he wanted to do him in. So whose to say taller guy could have had another gun on him. Shorter guy didn’t trust taller just because he put the gun down and continued to follow him while he had gun. Tall guy could have also scuffled and taken the gun away from shorter guy as it was risky. Therefore it was self defense as tall guy continued to pursue him.
