It probably has something to do with this video.

Charged with Bullying?
This guy's 45 years old and pulling this kind of crap? Jesus!
how does this work? Do you have to call out a specific individual? Do you have to threaten violence? Is the law so ambiguous that you can be charged for casually threatening a group you disagree with?
I always assumed cyber stalking had to be targeted, repeated, and clearly threatening online activity.
Have we become this much a nation of sissies?
Hinds County has a bunch of snowflakes
Wow. We'll see how hard he is after he spends a few days in the pokey.
This guy was arrested in 2017 on 2 sex exploitation with minors.
Amazing how fast law enforcement can act when you insult one of their relatives.
I'm surprised he wasn't charged with making a terroristic threat. He was pretty explicit in threatening Westside Al, saying he was going to "blow his m*therf*ckin' head off."
Yeah, but that's now why he was apologizing.
Someone explained to him that he gave a few people a license to shoot him if he came near them.
This certainly stinks. How many unsolved murders are there in Jackson and Hinds County spends their resources on some guy popping off on social media?
I hope Bull Dagger Bully gets a life sentence
Play stupid games and win stupid prizes. A lot of people are learning this lesson currently.
he's coming out of retirement. street cred
Dang! Some people are never satisfied. When JPD makes an arrest, it's not legitimate. When they don't, they should have. Kudos to JPD for doing the right thing. This arrest prevented someone from getting hurt. Cooler heads will prevail.

Come back down to reality, the murder rate is high, but Jackson is not some supersized metropolis like NYC, Chicago, Los Angeles, or Miami where murders go unsolved for months!?
First 48 actually tried to film in Jackson because of JPD's solve rate. Harvey Johnson shut that down.
@May 9 9:10 AM...if you watch First 48, try S15 E22, House of cards filmed in Tulsa, aired May 26, 2016. Anyone who has seen the series should watch this episode. Detective Justin Ritter is in the spotlight. He is jaded, & extremely dry witty dark humor. They have a dead young man, and 5 people in a house when it happened. All are still high on meth. A mother who was on the roof paranoid about Mexican Cartels coming to kill them. Her son and 3 others. And everyone is telling a completely different story. All the detectives are confused, finally Ritter puts 3 in a room together to complete the "circus" and see if the 3 can figure out what they "think" happened. The ending is suprising. They don't use Ritter very much in the series because he isn't PC.
