Pay attention this chart as it's the most important one for the experts. Hospitalizations fell by 25 cases yesterday while ICU's dropped by 20 cases. Patients on ventilators increased by 2 cases.

32 deaths with an asterisk but no explanation for that asterisk. Guess we’ll have to wait for Dr. Dobbs to say how many are from prior weeks.
Numbers go up and down, but the trend is up. Maybe this is the start of a downward trend, but it will take a week before you can say so with any reliability.
“Pay attention this chart as it's the most important one for the experts. Hospitalizations fell by 25 cases yesterday while ICU's dropped by 20 cases.”
Hospitalizations and Vents decreased because of deaths, right?
Tuesday must have been a slow test day.
So five old deaths and 27 new. That’s a record. So yeah @2:40 it is likely the drop in hospitalizations and ICU is from deaths and doesn’t reflect any decrease in the infection rate.
Life is worth less than money. I'm sure it says that somewhere in the Christian Bible. So keep it up!

374 deaths out of population of 2.9 million ?
Lets shut everything down another month !
ummm.... I'm no chart rocket surgeon but it appears that hospitalizations have plateaued since about april 25th
both confirmed and suspected
Single day totals are relatively useless KF especially when the data is questionable. To steal a line from Cuomo, 3 day averaged totals are better indicators.
Kingfish. Shame on you. You have allowed the far left to scumbag this whole damn message board. Has the Queen , Donna Ladd taken over your brain.
We put an economic value on life the minute we set speed limits over 20 mph.

@3:52 is the definition of a fascist who would silence all dissent and demand a single voice, the voice of the corporation. You see, fascism is defined as the unity of corporations and the state.
Let's see...374 divided by 2,980,000 is a staggering .0125% of the Mississippi population that has succumbed to The Wuhan Fauci Flu. What a crock. Anyone have a percentage of deaths from "lead poisoning" in Jackistan over the same period?
@4:45 That’s so far. Maybe 2% of Mississippians have gotten the disease. That’s about 60,000. 374/60,000 is a 0.6% mortality rate. Now take that to the 2,100,000 people who will get infected to achieve herd immunity if there is no mitigation before a vaccine is developed and you’ll see the expected deaths will be 12,600 of our citizens. I’ll leave it up to you to decide if that is an acceptable number of sacrifices, but at least it won’t be based on misleading numbers.
4:45 YES, that's an easy equation. You could have done it too, but you knew if you did and used it, your attempt to make a snideass point would be lost.
The answer is: 0.00005454%
5:13 pm, how do you know the number of people who have gotten the virus?
They don't check all of the people. You have to be sick to be tested.
How about all of the people who have never been tested?
When Mississippi's mothers and grandmothers see the videos of young children suffering from Kawasaki syndrome due to contracting this virus a turn in public opinion will likely occur. Quite a few bad a$$es who refuse to wear masks might be looking for one that fits and looks good with their camo shirts soon.
@5:29 I going by https://covid19-projections.com/us-ms which shows an estimated 1.9% rate. That is also in line with the 8,424 confirmed cases and adjusting for asymptomatic and mildly symptomatic individuals who didn’t get tested.
4:45 Damn, you need a new calculator or either learn how to use the one you have.
5:17. You're right, There was no need for the Jackistan comment. Ive actually been isolated since February, Im embarrassed at the amount of money Ive spent on vitamins and supplements, I didn't have to seek any N95 masks, I already had plenty, along with several months supply of freeze dried foods, See, I'm aware of, for example, liberal Professors like Texas's Eric Pianca, who have given speeches advocating the desire for a killer virus to eradicate 90% of humanity to save Earth and then receiving awards for his ideas and standing ovations from his audiences. I'm aware of the Prince who wanted to return after death as a killer virus to eradicate humans. Im aware that the unelected monopolist and eugenicist, whose father was a eugencist, Bill Gates, who wants to use vaccines to reduce population. So, yeah, I was scared and remain cautious. Ill continue to wear my mask and use my hand sanitizer, but this shutdown of the nations cirulatory system over a virus that's obviously highly contagious, but not very deadly, amounts to running from coronavirus straight into a hurricane. So stay home all you want. May God bless and protect you, but Im done.
@9:19 seek help you sound schizo you might need medication and have your firearms removed for our safety.
Perfect example why we need red flag confiscation
"Bill Gates, who wants to use vaccines to reduce population."
Since when has any vaccine reduced any population?
2:40 pm You lack the ability to understand this epidemic so please stop posting!
Deaths go down as more people seek medical intervention earlier.
What you want to see in an epidemic is number of cases go down because those diagnosed are isolating themselves.
Of course, our Covididiots , like you, will make sure they will infect as many people as they can even if they know they have it.
I now understand why Ole Miss was unable to qualify for a Phi Beta Kappa Chapter until 2001 and the other universities and colleges can't qualify. It had to be the science, math, philosophy and logic courses that couldn't meet the standards.
When the virus really starts spreading here (and it will with the "opening" including restaurants and casinos) I see us only having half the fatalities that New York City had. So I think 2,500 Mississippians will die. Since we aren't to 400 yet, stay in your home if you are elderly. No one is looking out for you. Not the state health officer or the governor. You have no protection. There is no treatment. (Remdesivir may lessen your symptoms if you live.) Stay safe and hope that treatments will be found. Don't go to the salon. Don't go to the doctor unless something is really emergent.
Has Fox News been able to push the seemingly likely association with Kawasaki syndrome and Covid-19 into their "ignore" file?
