I been told a fellow out on bond will have learned from his mistake and won't 're-offend'. Somebody done lied.
You need to check your facts. He never posted bond. Grand jury failed to indict him and he was released. Blame JPD for doing a crappy investigation.
Arrested 04/16/2020 Armed robbery. Arrested 04/20/2021 Murder suspect.
1. At least he made it an entire year between arrests.
2. The pressure of doing taxes by the April deadline got the best of him.
I bet he was framed. He was trying to register for college and someone framed him for this.
That order is the last thing posted. If you've got info not publicly available, fine.
Kingfish, when bond is posted...the information appears in the court file and is publically available. Are you implying Raymond released him without posting a bond? Or, are you implying you did not do your due diligence?
Is there a blessing pending?
Knucklehead, I said this bond order was the last document posted in the court file. Judges have become notorious for not putting bond information in the court files over the last couple of years.
So if you have access to something not in the court file, great. What I posted is what is in it.
