To say Zundria Crawford is mad at the Mississippi Supreme Court is an understatement. Ms. Crawford failed the Mississippi bar exam in 2015. Instead of retaking the exam, she did what comes naturally to bad lawyers: she sued and like most bad lawyers, she lost every step of the way. Her filing have been rather colorful in nature but she really outdid herself in her latest filing.
Here are some choice quotes from the Reject's appeal. There is pretty crude language so don't say you weren't warned. There is also language that could be interpreted to be threatening in nature. Enjoy
"This Court is demanded to follow the GOT DAMN LAW!!!!!!!"
"3. Ironically, Donald Trump was just talking about "dumb bastards" just last week."
5. For the Justices of this Court to knowingly and willingly abuse their discretion and power with bias and unfair prejudice to enforce its "void" and unenforceable "En Banc Order" entered on Oct 12, 2020 upon Crawford in violation of MISSISSIPPI LAW with the "corrupt purpose" to cause the ultimate and irreparable harm to Crawford of unlawfully dismissing this pending appeal and without full compliance with M.R.A.P. 2(a)(2) ("Discretionary Dismissal" procedure) does nothing but further substantiate probable cause to investigate and to ultimately bring criminal charges or indictments for EVERY Justice currently sitting on the bench of this Court for racketeering, abuse of power; obstruction. of justice, or organized public corruption in violation of state and federal RICO law among other things!
10. THEREFORE, Crawford comes by FORCE to bring ORDER out of chaos!!! Starting with this demand herein and at bar that this Court (which is composed of nine (9) proven tyrants, hypocrites, criminals, and tortfeasors out of the 2,989,260³ citizens in the State of Mississippi) is going to FOLLOW THE GOT DAMN LAW!!!!!!! (And I mean you disgusting muthafuckas are going to follow the got damn law in THIS CASE if you have never followed the law in yo GOT DAMN LIFE!!!! And, if you know what's best for YOU, you would be sure to read every single, solitary word of the pleadings herein because there is ALWAYS a method to my madness! (KF: There is no doubt that madness is at play here.).
21. Pursuant to the standard recognized by Whitfield, the Justice of this Court among others have already been reported to the Federal Bureau of Investigations ("FBI") by Crawford for racketeering and organized public corruption and Crawford has legitimate criminal charges.
27. Why Crawford won't just take the test again? Because why take a high-stakes, expensive licensing bar-exam again when the overwhelming evidence proves that Crawford passed her July 2015 MS Bar Exam in the first place and that the Board did not have any good faith intent to fairly grade Crawford's exam or pass you in good faith anyways.
28. If wrongfully convicted criminals can recover, e.g., "$24 million" and "$100 million" in damages because they were intentionally deprived of their constitutionally protected rights and suffered substantial harm and monetary damages as a result, what do you think when Crawford stands to recover over $80 million in damages (and counting) which requires her to stay the course of this litigation (even when corrupt judges have been unlawfully keeping the matter tied up in court)
30. Future economic damages? Well, let's not forget that though the overwhelming evidence of record proves that Crawford passed the July 2015 MS Bar Exam in the first place, the fact is that she still does not have her license - which means that it is worth future damages for as long as she does not have it - and Crawford has demonstrated that she can practice law that would usually cost $1,500 to $2,000 per hour and lawyers are known for working, i.e., 80 hours or more per week-
31. And you got real trouble if Crawford can find an applicable treble-damages statute that would automatically cause that $80 mil to triple by law. Think it's a game!
43. Out of a population of 2,989,260 citizens in the State of Mississippi, it's always a just handful of "dumb bastards" that causes Mississippi to become a national embarrassment and the.laughing stock of the Nation.
I mean, I'd say res ipsa loquitur, but I'm not sure Mississippi students would know what I meant.
65. In other words, Crawford ain't no play-pretty. In Mississippi, the practice of law is a hybrid of chess and dirty poker. And, in this case, underestimation has been the joker in the deck (as there is ALWAYS a method to my madness).
68. FREEDOM OF SPEECH: Crawford is entitled to freedom of speech and expression in this matter at bar to show just how pissed off she is and rightfully so when she has been unlawfully harassed and harmed and damaged by a bunch of jackasses that can't take their ass whippings like a man!
75. You shove all of this aristocratic bullshit all up in everybody else's face and you don't even follow the law ya damn self! Crawford shall proceed to beat y'all's asses unconscious, kick your asses in court, and then kick your asses again and shake your hands when she's done. And when we get through, ain't gonn' be no hard feelings either. (Movie: Harlem Nights, 1989).
78. Crawford's grand demonstration of the practice of law in this case demonstrates the threat of a "Zundria D. Crawford" as being an example of the reason why they killed slaves for reading because that 'knowledge'· is a muthafucka and Crawford is a beast that's just bad and formidable enough to bring it and to come see yo ass on the courtroom floor!
79. Somebody que up that scene in the movie, A TIME To KILL: Now, close your eyes and imagine that Crawford is a Black male. Scared the shit out ofya, didn't it?
You can't make this up. You just can't.

She seems nice.
She needs to take the bar exam for the nation of kush.
She must have gone to the Scruggs School of Law
Where is the damn Bar? I cannot believe Character and Fitness allowed this nut to take the exam in the first instance.
Without looking, I bet she is a liberal activist want to be atty. Some pass the bar, some don't, but they all have the same M.O. Shoving their bullshit down our throats.
a victim-
I am of the opinion that all legal document should use this language and style. It would make them so much more interesting.
Her Facebook page is a bunch of self-serving drivel too. Anyone who writes about themselves in the third person has issues. Why would anyone want her for an attorney?
https://www.facebook.com/zundria.crawford.90
She'all make a heckuva jailhouse lawyer while she's serving her sentence for threatening the Supreme Court justices.
Sounds to me like a long-term reservation out at Whitfield is in order for that nutcase.
Hilarious! She wonders why she didn’t pass the bar? The bar is low (pun intended) but it does exist for a reason. The Harlem Nights movie reference was particularly convincing.
Carlos would hire her.
Her position is laid out in detail on her Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/zundria.crawford.90
This woman is clearly deranged and unbalanced and could very well be dangerous.
Graduated from the New Nation of Islam School of Law apparently. At least this time the bar exam did its job perfectly.
That fine law school she attended has a bar exam pass rate of 36.4% whereas Ole Miss has a pass rate of 64%.
I'd like to see the questions, her answers, and the model answers on the essay portion of the bar exam.
KF -- has she attached any of the above as exhibits to any of her filings?
IDK, as a lawyer myself, I think there's a certain elegance and truth to the line "In Mississippi, the practice of law is a hybrid of chess and dirty poker."
I can’t imagine why she was unable to pass the bar exam.
Apparently her law degree was written on the back of a paper napkin.
“Maybe I’m crazy!”

The best argument against diploma privilege that I have read in quite a while.
Is Carlos ghost writing her stuff
Say What? Whiskey Tango Foxtrot. And she is writing in 3rd person:
"She was most known by the entire law school and her classmates for sitting at the same table in The Brennan Law Library of her law school downtown Lansing, Michigan for over 2 1/2 years between August 2011 - 2014 where she diligently read case law and assignments approximately 14 hours per day from the time the library opened to close and between 3-hour lectures for classes held throughout the week. Zundria was so well known for sitting at her table that other classmates would get upset if anyone else would sit at her table and random students would approach her expressing their amazement of her level of diligence that they had never witnessed before. Some time friends left notes and cards. Zundria was such a fixture at that certain table in the library that no one sat at her table for almost a year after she graduated."
8:52: Remus says you are right.
Another screeching harpey throwing a tirade. Go figure.
Here's an example of bar exam question and answer from this nut:
Question: Billy and Susie have been married for 35 years. Bill has an affair and Susie files for divorce. They have 7 children and Bill has 2 children by a previous marriage. Susie has no income and Billy is a physician. Billy contacts you about representing him. identify issues that should be discussed in your initial meeting and prepare a strategy for moving forward.
Answer: MUTHAFUCKA GONNA PAY ME FIRST OF ALL. NEXT, WE GONNA FIND SOMEONE TO KIDNAP HER ASS AND MAKE HER COOPERATE. OH YEAH, F**K THE COURT.
She didn’t go to Mississippi College School of Law either. (with its 82 percent pass rate)
and it’s ranked Lower than hers that has a 37 percent pass rate
that’s the real crime here-law school rankings!
I love how she put a footnote to cite the population of Mississippi. Like as if that made this a professional writing to be taken seriously. LOL.
To sum up her FB Page...
TLDR.
On a side note, since she lives in Cleveland, maybe Laforge could hire her as outside counsel at DSU. He seems to have a special place for people like her.
Will Crawford will be contacted by the law enforcement authorities for threatening the justices? Unbelievable!
After this filing, she will probably be forbidden to sit for the bar again due to character and fitness
Look, the judges there probably graduated from that 111th ranked LS.
She seems overqualified to be a Mississippi lawyer.
Apparently, she believes in the "Sweet Talkin' Opens Shuttered Doors" theory
It took me a few minutes to remember where I have seen this style. Then it came to me... Francis E. Deq, Esq.
Just look up Frank Deq. Some of his manifestos are on youtube. Hew would fill typewritten pages of his maniacal sxreeds and mail them to people like Johnny Carson.

What law firm in Mississippi pays $1500-$2000 per hour. Where I work, we use a large well known firm. We are charged $375/hr and we bitch about that.
Highly offensive. Not the stuff of a learned and honorable profession.
Two observations: First, Mississippi Bar pass rates tend to the low for one very obvious reason. Anybody in the world with a pulse can get into one of our two law schools -- and Ole Miss does not flunk out the bottom 15% of 1-L's any longer. Low qualifications and anything goes grading makes for poorly equipped bar applicants.
In contrast "Florida is a ridiculous place" but is the third most populous state and folks keep coming. No reciprocity with any other bar. Want to practice there? Pass the Florida bar. It ain't Mississippi.
I'll never forget sitting for the Mississippi Bar Exam. I looked around and saw roughly 100 applicants, recognized most of them from law school. I knew automatically that I could have whiffed a whole tube of model airplane cement that morning and passed on the first try. What a joke!
Shortly afterward I traveled to Tampa to sit for the Florida Bar. 2300 applicants in one room and it seemed to me at the time that every single one of them had a Harvard Law, or Yale Law t-shirt on. A fair number wore yarmulkes -- which I, rightly or wrongly, took as a sign of native intelligence. Everyone I saw looked scary smart.
So far as the character part. Every two weeks the Florida Bar News, paper tabloid format rag (not the Florida Bar Journal) publishes its final disciplinary actions. Worth taking a look at. They really do protect the public. And when you're out, you're out. For all eternity.
I am sorry this person can't pass a bar exam in a state with low qualifications and poor lawyer regulation. All any bar exam really tests for is "thinking like a lawyer." Issue identification and legal analysis under time constraints. This poor soul cannot make the cut. On the other hand there is some job available to her. How about law professor? At whatever hole admitted and graduated her in the first place.
Hmmmm, I'm gonna go out on a limb here, but despite her eloquent and convincing language, me's willing to bet this petition might be denied.
There might be 1 lawyer in the entire country that can charge $2000 an hour. The very very best NYC lawyers charge $1,000/hour. In Mississippi, $500 an hour would be considered excessive. The funny part is the justices know that better than anybody. Who is she kidding?
I know some very, very, very (boarding on retarded) dumb lawyers who passed the bar. I thought it was mostly a formality?
Y'all do realize that she failed the bar in 2016, right? I'm guessing she could have taken it again in four years - or, gasp, attended law school again. Just a suggestion.
Her Facebook page is priceless - and that would be an awesome profile picture. You know, if she were a lawyer...
Typical language of so many. So many that are seemingly unable to control their emotions. Emotions that erupt into violence.
My my my. . .where to begin?
$1,500 - $2,000 per hour lawyers? In Mississippi? Maybe New York, but NOT Mississippi.
Entertaining and sad! After this tirade to the Mississippi Supreme Court, I don't think she will be getting her license regardless of whether she takes the exam again.
It is interesting as the tools at the Court's disposal here are limited in terms of disciplinary action since she is not a licensed attorney-this dilemma is akin to the all too familiar dilemma of jail house "lawyers" ghost writing briefs then getting out and trying to turn their jail house skill to monetary gain. See for example Mr. Grubbs.
If I were the Court, I would enter an order that ordered the docket in this case be placed in her application record with the Bar for consideration of character and fitness should she ever apply to sit for the bar again. I would also mail that docket to every Bar in the US
She makes us all so proud

As if the Bar would read it...
Just goes to show once again that people who are obviously deranged can still function to a level allowing them to obtain professional credentials. Like it or not, she came close. How many other certifiable maniacs made it and are practicing law or medicine? Let's not even think about POLITICIANS. We don't have an exam or a board to certify them! Scary!
Two observations gleaned from her FB page; 1) she has garnered $220 in more than two years on her Gofundme page in support of her effort and 2) appears Gary Coleman was her daddy.
Mississippi gonna Mississippi. At least we’re not overcrowded. Folks like this keep the population in decline. More room for me.
Everyone should read this. This will help make sense of her filing.

Ms. Crawford is a proud graduate of the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in Lansing, Michigan (now affiliated with Western Michigan University).
I am persuaded. Admit her to the bar now.
1. I should have expected a connection to the Thomas Cooley School of Law. If I were the Cooley family, I'd request a name change. The reognition is not an honor. Fun fact: Michael Cohen is also a Cooley Man (my biggest issue with Michael Cohen is that he comitted bank fraud to obtain more loans to purchase more NYC taxi meddallions while Uber and Lyft were killing taxi cabs; the equivalent of going all in on Blockbuster franchises in 2015).
2. The following paragraph of Judge Mills' opinion (thank you for sharing, 5R5P) in her case against her former employer remindsme of the line from Billy Madison where is he awarded no points, told that we are all stupider from hearing his answer, and may God have mercy on our souls:
"In this case, defendant has produced one of the most carefully and extensively documented records of inadequate work performance which this court has encountered. The facts and testimony cited above represent a mere fraction of the voluminous record of poor work performance in this case, from a variety of witnesses of varying genders and racial backgrounds. The descriptions of the deficiencies in plaintiff's work performance and of her difficulties in dealing with co-workers, by various witnesses, are highly consistent. Moreover, the fact that plaintiff was replaced by an African-American female serves to defeat her prima facie claim of discrimination, as well as her argument that defendant's assertions of poor work performance were merely a pretext for discrimination. Having carefully reviewed the record in this case, the court has no doubt that plaintiff was, in fact, terminated because of her poor work performance and because of her difficult attitude in dealing with co-workers and supervisors, rather than because of discrimination or retaliation."
3. I wonder what kind of evaluation Zundria got from this employer on her Miss. Bar Application.
I was going to say that it's a wonder Zundria Crawford managed to even pass High School English. But then, I discovered that she graduated in the "last class" of what's been named, "The Worst Law School in America". Too, the beyond-horrible writing skills of apparent attorneys posting in this thread, tells me that basic literacy has ceased to be requisite for becoming an attorney.
This poor lady has a mental problem. I feel sure she has Adult ADHA* from work & school performance. If she reads this tread please get evaluated & get on medication. This will turn your life completely around.
*ADHA--Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder
"How many other certifiable maniacs made it and are practicing law or medicine?"
Hey - just a minute here. When that anti-semitic nut job of an intern in Ohio said publicly she wouldn't mind giving the wrong medication to Jewish patients they not only canned her ass in Ohio but I think they took steps so she can never apply for a medical license anywhere in the US. This happened probably within the last 12 months.
As bad as the worst doctors might be, the profession itself would never put up with stuff like this deranged crap from the would-be (never-be?) lawyer.
She cites the 2020 census. I don’t think those numbers are ready yet
Oh yea. Google Arnold Smith
" This poor lady has a mental problem."
Ya think ?
I tend to agree there are a few screws loose myself.
But some from her generation have been taught this behavior since birth.
At this point, I won't elaborate on the so called "crazy checks".
However, It's been a very effective strategy for keeping free Federal "benefits" flowing into some households, Plus it scares the shit out of white guilt liberals . . . (should they DARE stand up to such an idiot).
So glad our Supreme Court laughed at this "Doctor of Juris".
Laughing so hard after reading her FB.
"Carlos would hire her." Maybe Carlos put her up to filing this shit.
I also thought about that Billy Madison scene when reading this.
@Mr. Anonymous x's 58... how many times are you going to be Anonymous...every Anonymous comment is from the same person..you sir aren't fooling anyone, so cut the crap.."Anonymous is the sign of a coward" come out the bushes..reveal your name, so you can get a reply...everyone that reads this article needs to go down below and actually read the motion...i find it funny but i can cleary see that she is exposing them. Don't be fooled with the attempt to deflect...by the way, please also note; motions are written in 3rd person...Mr. Anonymous
Being that the "bar" is so frighteningly low these days for would-be attorneys to pass, it's truly disturbing that she even came close to becoming one. It also speaks volumes as to her law alma mater....is it a free correspondence course or something? What kind of education did she "pass"?
Unknown writing sounds suspiciously like Ms Crawford. If you are going to knock people for being an anonymous be brave enough you not be anonymous yourself. Because your in the same “bushes” just without a law license
@ Unknown
Ma'am, you are never going to be a licensed attorney
Wrong...unknown is not Ms Crawford, I simply commented ..I see I showed up as Unknown...I didn't choose it..matter of fact I didn't notice the options..you apparently chose to be anonymous...bring your coward ass out the bushes...
Yet you are still "Unknown."
You have identified the problem, next step is correcting it. This lackluster problem solving is probably why you failed the bar exam.
@the anonymous responder/lackluster defining his damself... so you think Ms Crawford is responding to you...think again... lol..bozo
Unknown
You are right, reading her "pleadings" it is clear Crawford is not clever enough to negotiate the reCaptcha.
These comments have made my morning!
Who is going to hire this woman if she ever becomes an attorney?
