Prayers for his wife Kimberly & the kids. I didn’t always agree with John’s politics, but he was a nice guy.
Howland was very briefly an appointed supervisor; however, he served several terms as Madison Alderman.
What a shame. Much too young.
He spoke his mind. Whether you agreed with him or not, John was fair and never held a grudge, unlike many other Madison community activists.
John was a pretty nice guy, 8:10, but he never had a thought of his own nor expressed one. Why do you think Banks and Griffin appointed him to the vacant seat? He also had a chance to show up and speak his mind at the Supervisor Candidate debates and was a no show. If you have an example (link) to him 'speaking his mind', please provide it.
Otherwise, rest in peace, Mr. Howland.
10:25, what kind of a human are you and why do you think it is necessary to publicly state your negative OPINION of the deceased? "Otherwise", keep your insincere comments to yourself.
