Remind me who he killed, why, where and when.
He shot the guy he confronted that was breaking in to a vehicle at his place of business. JPD filed no charges but schuller-smith did.
Business owner who got indicted for shooting a teen in Jackson that was trying to steal a truck after he jumped out of Ma's car on the way to juvie I believe.
Ladd froths at the mouth over the prospect of a Parish conviction.
No chance for a fair trial in Hinds county. NONE
So when he is acquitted are we going to get some St Louis style uprisings?
Wow - this seems to have made its way to court much quicker than most.
2:20, possibly because the defense attorney probably feels that he really does have a defense. Most criminal trials, in HC at least, the accused doesn't have much of a defense (unless, of course, its a mama character witness that would state that everybody knows that her kid is known as a robber and a car thief, not a killer) and without a real defense the best thing for those attorneys is to get it continued. Of course, with a willing DA who doesn't want to get his posse convicted, this works out well. The jail gets a little overcrowded, though, but that's good for the contraband business on Highway 18 South of Jackson.
As a Jackson resident with thick skin, I have to admit I have found this case to be very worrying. It makes me wonder, can we really all get along?
Wonder if Donna has watched the video yet.
Prayers for Wayne Parish, his family and business partner. If he is found not guilty (which by everything I've seen he should) does Carlos the Race Baiting Clown's civil suit go away? I am inclined to believe that if he is found not guilty then the civil case would go in front of another Hinds County jury who would essentially say " Make that man pay that boy's mama for her loss!"
GET YOUR BUSINESS AND RESIDENCE OUT OF JACKSON BECAUSE THIS COULD BE YOU!!
donna would never bother with such trivial details such as a video of the actual incident.
Carlos has been having a very bad run with his civil lawsuits lately.

"can we really all get along?"
Just who are you referring to when you say "all?" This was by no means a "race" thing. This man was facing a thief that attacked him. The man only protected himself. So if you by "all" law abiding citizens then yes we can all get along, but if you mean let the thieves run rampant while the law abiding citizens stand idly by, then the answer is no. We've turned the other cheek too many times. It is time to stand up and fight back as Mr. Parish did. More importantly it is time for the whinny babies to stop hollering racism when one of the punks bites the dust.
This shouldn't even be going to trial PERIOD. And I worry about his chances in Hinds County......What judge will preside?
There's a 0.2% chance a 2016 indictment goes to trial in Hinds County this quickly.
Prayers for Wayne and his family. I have to say this very troubling. I'm not a Jackson native, but I'm from Memphis and I've been through and to Jackson many times. In the video, the kid was wrestling for his gun. You don't do that with the intention of giving it back. As I understand it, the man fired a warning shot off camera and then the teen attacked him for the gun. Probably thinking that with a gun and a vehicle he could avoid imprisonment. His mother is responsible for this for letting him get away. That there's a civil suit against my Parish is frankly disturbing, the fact that this is going to trial is just, as long as the jury sees the truth here. There's two differing opinions about what happened here, and a trial should show that Mr. Parish was only defending himself. It's evident to anyone in the video. The guy was coming at his gun, supposedly after he had fired a shot in an attempt to scare the kid off. That alone should tell you all that Mr. Parish did not want to kill this kid. Honestly, he really made a mistake approaching him. I would have drew on him and never took the sights off him until police arrived, personally. But the kid did attack him trying to get the gun. If only Mr. Parish had thought to wound the kid by legging him. I'm sure the family of the thief feels terrible, but legally I see no way in whatsoever that Mr. Parish should be convicted of murder when he was obviously defending himself and it was caught on camera. I'm not saying I know everything, but the video tells a lot. From watching, I really believe that Mr. Parish did not want to harm this kid. He did not keep shooting when he was on the ground and he waited until the last possible opportunity to fire before the kid got the gun from him. Yes, the kid would be alive if Mr. Parish wasn't armed. But he'd probably be breaking into other vehicles. I feel like everyone is looking at the thief as the victim here. Mr. Parish was the original victim, and he was defending himself as such. I will not believe there's justice in Jackson if a jury convicts. Someone, please link a petition for Mr. Parish if you know of such. I'm sorry for the theif's family's loss. I know losing a troubled child is difficult, my family lost two. But at the end of the day, they put themselves in the situations that got them killed, just like this thief did. If he wasn't a thief, he would be alive. End of story.
Wayne parish is a white devil who killed a seventeen-year-old unarmed young male child in front of his mother who happened to jump out of a vehicle because he was scared that he was going to be locked up because he had missed a drug appointment and he happen to go down on this white man's property well mr. Parrish in another employee was watching the video mr. Parrish took it upon himself an and ask another employee for his handgun mr. Parish wasted no time to execute this young man that he knew and seen coming from the Detention Center and the only thing he had to do was just call up the hill and they would have came and got him buddy but because of the oath that he had taken he needed to for fulfilled it by killing a black male in his lifetime why didn't he call the police then if this is not the issue he was not in danger he had a weapon Charles McDonald Junior was a child
