The firearms charge doubles the penalties for the charge of possession of marijuana. Judge Morton also said that prosecutors needed to determine if the possession of controlled substance charge was a felony or misdemeanor as he was caught with 16 bars of xanex in his possession. Mr. Robinson was clad in a brown prison jump suit as he pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Mr. Robinson is scheduled to go to trial on December 8 before Circuit Judge Winston Kidd on an indictment of Burglary of a Dwelling. He faces a separate indictment before Circuit Judge Tomie Green for Burlary of a Dwelling as well although the case has been continued for "plea negotiations".

'plea negotiations'--like serving a half-day in jail? sounds right for judge green's court..
