The Alcorn County Dogcatcher is in trouble and our mighty, mighty State Auditor Stacey Pickersham is going to bring the hammer down.
The state auditor office is a joke. they "investigate" and have huge press conferences and beat their chest about rooting out public corruption. then they turn over cases that are absolute shit to the AG and DAs. there isn't a true forensic accountant employed by the state audit department. that's why it is always the feds that get actual convictions and prison time for our crooks. re: Epps
5:48 you really have no idea how it works, do you? You must watch alot of Law & Order on TV. The FACT is that if you have a crime that can be tried on Federal charges, you let the Feds have the first crack at them so that 1) the Feds pay for the trial and 2) if the federal charges don't stick, you can prosecute them on State charges and can still use the evidence that the feds presented in their trial. Also, "re: Epps", the Feds had been investigating him for years prior to the state looking into the matter. The state cannot take over a Federal investigation.
11:10 Thanks for getting 5:48 straight for everyone on here. I thought his comment was BS.
