January 19, 2021 at 7:08 PM; did you even comprehend what i wrote? you're acting like i'm in favor of or even offering to stand on the corner and pass out ammo to gang-bangers, thugs and other miscreants hell-bent on shooting each other and innocent victims, when it's quite the opposite. i'm in favor of donating ammo to put down a cold blooded murderer that murdered somebody in cold blood for no fucking reason other than that's what he felt like doing in that moment. i would even consider that a community service. percy king did more good for all communities and kids in a week than this piece of shit did in the entire, short, 26 years of his wasted life. and i even said "if this is the guy that did it and is found guilty." you see there, i'm actually giving the guy the benefit of the doubt, presuming innocent until proven guilty.

also, i do care about the black community, but i can't solve their problems. i can't make that segment of the black community value life, whether it be theirs or others. i can't make that segment of the black community value an education instead of gangs, drugs or hustling. and i know, even though i'm white and live in rankin county, that it's not the entire black community, it's a very small segment causing the issue. i can't fix the black community anymore than you, or even the federal government. because if i, you, or they could, we wouldn't even be having this discussion. only the black community can solve these problems of the black community. it starts with the person, expands to the family, then to the home, into the street, out to the neighborhood, and finally throughout the community. and that's true for any community, regardless of color.

and as far as my blm comments, prove me wrong. there's no money to guilt or extort out of someone unless they can blame the evil police, the man, the system, systemic racism, whitey, blah-blah-blah. no money to make if it's black folks killing black folks unless the black folk that did the killing is wearing a police uniform. blm and the media don't seem to care all that much about black on black crime. how do i know? just watch them sometime. what do they harp on and hype up, and what do they ignore, and gloss over? when was there a time they rioted, looted, and burned businesses to "peacefully protest" the killing of innocent children who were only guilty of being in the wrong place at the wrong time? nearly every one killed by a police officer that was made into a martyr last year was a career criminal, having committing multiple crimes, putting themselves into contact with the police multiple times. eventually it catches up to you.

jamario bell and from my conversations with him he was let mistakenly from a mental institution 12 hours before murder in a extremely unstable mind state when he was supposed be monitored because the high dosage and medication they just put him on has severe side effects of worser psychosis,detached reality and extreme paranoia which jamarrio said he had all symptoms and he also said the he left the mental institution 1:00am in Dallas TX arrived in jackson,Ms 6 or 8 am and he was suffering from a mental break and his reality unraveling at the seams and victims attacked him first and he tried to immediately run away first but they had a grip on his coat so he turned too face them and he seen what appeared to be a firearm in the gut closet too the houses hand and the guy holding started reaching into his pocket and jamario he thought he seen. The print of firearm barrel and panicked and tried too snatch away again but was unable too soo out of fear of imminent death he open fire to get these guy up off him and he didnt empty the magazine he also said there an undercover detective whos lying like he witness what happened and also interrogated him named blue told him he killed his best friend Percy king and he's gonna make sure everything in his power Jamarrio gets much time as possible so jamario said witness is trying to make it look premeditated when jamarrio had been living in another state 6 months prior and had no idea the victims even existed before this incident and that's why there no motive after 4 years in his case and he still has too explain too the doctor the hallucinations he witnesed that day in which jamario where audio hallucinations visual hallucinations and even hallucinations too his sense of touch that's why he couldn't decipher the hallucinations from reality and that's the reason if they really attacked or it was a hallucination was the reason he reacted out of fear with deadly force too defend himself as a last resort and he want too be known he did not plan these murders and he was supposed to work in Dallas TX where was living the day of of the murders and he harbored no hate prior to this for the victims only that really occurred is his mental problems got the best of him and he's very remorseful he really want this to be known because this lying is spreading rumors in the community that jamarrio tried too rob the victims but jamario said his lawyer disproved that in his preliminary when asked if they why weren't their belongings taken from when he had ample enough time too so that's kills that rumor right now and the witness blue or Mr Hayes is putting his personal feelings and ties with victim and feelings toward jamarrio above giving Mr bell a fair chance at justice and fair verdict by alleging he's a witness then interrogating Mr bell and giving his own direct opposite statement which is the only reason jamario is still charged with 1st degree murder

Hello this is Henry Williams back and i see alot of prejudice comments judging jamario off the status of the victims and not know who he is or whats been going on these last 4 years with him and I was on the same zone with him and remember when he first completely insane mumbling the craziest conspiracy theories and linking anything in the world too the fact the everybody planning too kill him and you had too be very careful not to come in a threatening manner because this is one big young fella around 265 pound and from his incidents beating up multiple inmates who wanted too prove they were big and bad try too test jamario and get beaten with the quickness unconscious by him in one of his agitated moods but jamario mental condition improved greatly once he got off at least the abilify so me observing him then when I left him he had gotten 80% percent better except persisting Paranioa and chronic insomnia he just can't shake but he is making friends and is genuinely a awesome person to be around thats very selfless and cares about well being of those around to a great degree and he's loved all over the jail by all the staff


Also I contacted every bell from Jackson ms until finally seen I wasn't trying cause jamario any harm or use his family information about him against him like many others who contacted his family acting like they where pro bono lawywrs only too ask the family about rumors they heard which they where disappointed once they found out they where not true and their only accusation of premeditation was not true because jamario never met percy king as child and grew up in south jackson and only came back to north jackson for middle and high school from what I'm told in the 6th grade jamario was 220 pounds and was very equip and defending himself especially from a child predator but to shed light on his case and needed some photos of jamario when he was of sound mind to see the differences i had heard about him being well off living in Dallas TX of the money he had been saving working 2 jobs since age 16 all the way too 25 and these photos speak a totally different side of jamario the people in power against him don't want you too see which a total opposite of what the media protrayed which was a mentally unstable jamario who had been sleepless and suffering from detached reality who hadn't had a good shave in weeks vs the photos I linked and his says when he's stable he's always groomed too the max with qaves in his hair from keeping it constantly maintained so also they provided with 3 photos all taken 2 weeks before jamario mental break in Dallas TX which led to him visit to the mental institution in Dallas TX 12 hours before the murder in jackson ms and Raymond detention center has records that jamario was indeed in a mental institution in another on hours prior to the murder because they say the date he was put on new medication which a like Jamario told the nurse pactioner told it said 2 days before January 19 2018

Henry Williams here again since jamarrio public defender has won't come see him and isn't returning his calls for jamario to relay this message too him jamario called me maybe 20 mins ago and he doesn't know how to handle this situation but after the shooting 4 to 5 minutes later exactly jamario seen a man come out a house maybe 7 houses down from where the shooting occured and while he was waiting on the police that guy got in a truck and tried too run him over on the sidewalk in front of the house the shooting occured then he tried too hop out of the truck but jamario was quick to his feet and and was forced to leave the scene too avoid another situation where he was forced too open fire but he ran too rondo Street and stepped on the sidewalk between rondo and Scott the truck came around the corner slowly which he the driver had lost sight of him and when he seen him sped got close hit brakes performed what jamario swears was a swat move but the door open and jamario said he didn't see anybody get out and then he seen a hat peep out from the front of the truck then the driver hopped up gun drawn Coming towards jamario in which the voices and he was hearing and the signs in the air where telling him this is your death so jamario said he didn't pull his firearm out of fear of facing death even faster but when the guy got close too him he tripped him and forced him on his stomach and put him in handcuffs and jamario said it didn't register that he could be law enforcement because he was taking in so much visually and audibly he could barely notice what the guy was yelling at him which was why you shoot my best friend multiple times In a very emotional tone voice which jamarrio said he easily tell he had to be very close to the victims because he sounded very rattled and jamario said he finally told him your friends just attacked me and threaten my life for no reason which set the guy off in a tirade and he started kicking jamario in uniform jpd officer intervened and told him illegal asked jamario if he wanted to report this which he said no then jamario was placed 45 mins In front of a desk right outside the Interrogation room and detective nash introduced himself and asked jamario basic identity questions then in walked the guy who arrested jamario he sat down then took over the interrogation and jamario said he wasn't answering him at first until nash said this is your only chance too save yourself and if you did nothing wrong you have nothing too hide so hearing that last part jamario said explained from being released 12 hours earlier from a mental institution accidentally to him coming to Mississippi at 8am to his cousin house on rondo Street to the shooting and the guy who was asking the questions seen my story wasn't changing....too be continued

1.Anthony Hayes  was seen coming out house 5 mins after the shooting

2.Tried too run  jamario over in front of the scene forcing jamario too leave the scene

3. Moment later around the corner once he saw jamario again put him at gun point and arrested him and asked jamario  why did in the hell did you just shoot my best friend in very emotional tone crying jamarrio says he realized then one of the he just Hayes had very close ties with

4.jamario was interrogated  off the record for atleast 2 hours and he sais by detective nash and even Hayes who just arrested him earlier did most of questioning in which at no time did nash nor Hayes inform jamarrio this off the record  nor that Hayes was going too give a statement saying he was a witness after interrogating jamario which said if he would of known hayes was gonna be a potential witness against him he would've never allowed Hayes too interrogate him too give any possible information he knew would be altered ultimately against him  which is exactly what Hayes did when jamario told Hayes  he was paranoid walking very fast on Scott street when called then when he went to see who wanted him attacked and then defended himself all in the span of 10 seconds max  but Hayes altered details of jamario said by saying jamario very walked slowly looking  suspicious at the  top Scott street towards MLK Street turned around then very slowly on Scott street with a hoody on and
Walking back n forth of the residence where victims was as if stalking then opened fire and fled and this very statement is the  only thing that's being against too establish premeditation when it's already been proven jamario never had a  hoody on period,nor mask,gloves or anything concealing himself at all because jamario clothes are in evidence till this  day

Hayes is using position in law enforcement as well connections to do everything in his power deliberately cause jamarrio case too not get a fair chance at justice  because  the outstanding facts records show jamarrio got released by accident from a mental hospital in Dallas TX January 18 2018  and arrived  in Mississippi at 8 am  highly unstable  suffering detached reality extremely fearlful of every body later at 10 to 12 am  is when the shooting happened which previously stated jamario had no hoody no gloves no mask nor was there a getaway vehicle and this happened in broad  daylight too people he had no clue existed until the very incident which show this a just series of unfortunate random events that happened there no way possible jamario planned this in his  deteriorating mind state


With this being said to the people out there who want justice spread this information because it may land in the right of some one who will investigate this blatant miscarriage of justice that causing this too be dragged on because they  are trying to validate premeditation too no avail  and are ignoring the facts trying sway the verdict by any means even perjury
