Seen at Kroger yesterday. If encountered in the wild, whatever you do, don't step on it. It contains a live person.

That person must have a death wish.
KF, thanks for these little "breaks" in the normalcy of the regular topics.
Everyone needs a break, now more than ever.
Is Top Gear filming another episode in Mississippi? Jeremy Clarkson would often drive those dodgy little tax evaders in gag segments of Top Gear back when it was still enjoyable to watch.
Top Gear UK (for the uninitiated)
They are in the left lane and there is a car coming. What a horrible time to stop the video! Seriously, though, what is that thing? Is it street legal?

It's a Velomobile-a recumbent trike as the HPV (human powered vehicle) with that shell over it.
These folks on the reclining cycles on the Natchez Trace have lost their minds.
He will be ok, he has a mask on
Me and my little boy saw this little oddity yesterday over near the YMCA in Flowood on the walking trail / sidewalk that runs parallel to the road. The pic doesn't really represent it well. It was very sleek and super shiny yellow. Def an silly thing to see driving around
I need one of those. My grandchildren would think I am cool.
Reminds me of Cousin It's car in the Addams Family movie.
I’ve seen this idiot or one similar traveling up Old Fannin Road. Talk about a death wish.....
That the prototype of JPD's latest environmentally friendly patrol cars. There is no room for suspects, so murderers, etc. will be on their honor to turn themselves into the jail.
//s// Baby Chok
Driving that toy in the wrong lane indicates a definite death wish.
Cyclist. They think they own the damn roads. All of them. Even the busy ones...at rush hour.
11:37 wins!
Cousin It's car was an Isetta. A street legal automobile. YOu wouldnt in either one of the damn things.
It's a tragic comedy how much people here in MS hate pedestrian/bicycle traffic.
New VW model, called the VW deathtrap. All kidding aside, there might be some problems getting the state to declare it street legal. I guess if it is tooling around the Kroger lot, it must be OK.
12:14 PM for the win.
I hope there's not a thousand of these pussy "vehicles" holding up traffic on the Trace next Spring.
What you are all seeing is our not-too-distant future.
I say this because you could cover every inch of the USA with solar panels and you couldn't collect enough energy to power EVs for everyone, much less support the grid utilization for homes and business. Therefore, expect HPV to be the affordable transportation solution after the Green New Deal.
While the growing middle class in China scramble to buy their first car (Which will no doubt be EV technology stolen from GM/Tesla/Ford) Americans will be walking, biking, and cramming into scarce public transport because we will all be more impoverished than your average Chinese and Internal Combustion Engine vehicles will be heavily restricted and taxed beyond affordability.
The entire dystopia will be implemented by federeal decree.
Some the cyclists are okay. Most are arrogant and beyond detrimental to their remaining economic life. Seems they would plan a ride to be outside of high traffic times. Especially on a damn highway where the speed limit is 55. Warning to all of you... Do not ride in the middle of a lane just to be an asshole. You should be more respectful of the reason the highway built. You’re going to get killed.
The Mayor of Ridgeland loves pedal powered vehicles.
(AKA Bikes)
I have no problem with that . . . Lord knows he's spent millions carving out "bike" trails.
All I ask is they stop holding up traffic on the Natchez Trace.
4:58 PM was spot on . . . . "Most are arrogant".
And I honestly can't take an arrogant Ass Hole (wearing a wet suit and a goofy helmet) serious
. . . when they give me the finger as I pass them.
Clinton to Rocky Springs should take about 30 minutes.
(Not three hours with these cyclists holding up traffic).
I've written two tickets to bikers. One the so called normal upright type and one to a guy in one of these. Both riding through red lights. Bitching their asses off, but same road, same rules, as their bumper stickers say. Have to agree bike and pedestrian traffic in MS is never addressed. On my way to and from work I always see the same crazy guy by the Crawfish Shack on Old Canton in Ridgeland walking down the center turn lane like it's his sidewalk. Now, that's a damn death wish.
