This is the most blatant, disrespectful thing I believe I have ever seen. She should be trying to stay out of the public eye instead of giving television interviews (where she whines about losing her husband) and setting up Go Fund Me Accounts asking for money. Madison County is sick to death of her and her criminal husband. As far as most of us are concerned she can go live in another country. Because of her mean, crazy, criminal husband, a young respected father, Officer of the Law who worked to protect the citizens of Madison County, coached little league ball in his spare time is now lying in a hospital bed fighting for his life. After all of this she has the audacity to set up this on line account and beg for money from this Officer’s friends and family members. You, lady, and I use the term loosely, are nothing but trash!

As a person who has employed scores of people over the years, I always look at their appearance. If they are men who have tats from head to toe, earrings, long hair in pony tails or dreadlocks, that is a sign of rebellious behavior and I usually end up having a difficult time when they are in my employ. I have come to the conclusion that if they have been in prison, gangs or both, and they say they have never done drugs or do drugs ( they have and they do) it’s best to work short handed than to work people like this Egbert fella. Just sayin’. Now, for his wife, she has a terrible judge of character. Then again, there are a lot of women who think this type of ,(well I can’t say “man”) person is their knight in shining armor. The women can’t help it because most of the time they never had a decent role model at home to begin with. I agree, she needs to sell the house. Yes SOME disabled people can work, not ALL can. Many of us (I'm talking about me) have trouble moving past what we consider to be the obvious - her husband did what he did, for reasons that no one can justify. I am unable to push the thoughts of the two law officers out of my mind long enough to allow her problems to enter into my mind. Hopefully there is some prison support group she can reach out to that will help her. Hopefully she won't let her disability keep her from pulling through this. When I think about the helpless state of the disabled, I am always reminded of the poor black man with no legs who sat on the car mechanic creeper board in front of Lamar theater every day selling peanuts. There is some way out for her. I just am not smart enough to tell her what it is.

As for me, I can't move past what her husband did. I guess I have no hope, but I will continue to work on myself and my ten thousand character flaws.

Does anyone know if Edgar is a veteran? I don't wish to impugn vets but not everyone has the same experience in the sandbox. There are a lot of demonic forces online that can take hold of a troubled mind. Too many vets come back feeling betrayed that their mission wasn't really patriotic and fall prey to conspiracy theories and antisemitism.

She knew this guy had illegal weapons and should have turned him in. She claims to be disabled but is on four-wheelers in mud ruts on the weekends.

If she is actually married to him, she needs to sell all his shit and move to an affordable apartment or two bedroom house with one bath. If not, move in with her sister and stay the hell away from Jerry's Fish House and Lone Star Steak House.
