There are some people who have such voices you would still and listen to them read through the phone book.
The late Charles Laughton was one of those people. Check out his version of the Gettysburg Address. Start at 2:15.

I'm not sure that we should celebrate the Gettysburg Address
Of course you don’t (sarcasm)
Chills. Thank you for posting.
"People don't talk that way anymore,"
Oddly enough, the movie was a comedy.
I like movies in the early 60's. Another good movie is The Time Element written by Rod Sterling. This movie launched approval by CBS to produce the Twilight Zone. Can be found on You Tube.
If you have never been to Gettysburg, you missed the turning point in the war. Gettysburg is much like Vicksburg with hills, valleys and cliffs . Meade held the high ground turned back the charge and Lee’s forces retreated. The beginning of the end. The Mississippi monument is nice.
How dare you, sir, how dare you soil the ears of good southern men with the words of that scoundrel Lincoln.
AI wouldn't write that well today.
Look for it only in books, for it is no more than a dream remembered. A Civilization gone with the wind
Since NO ONE is wanting to stop the advent of AI and the brain rot it is already advancing on civilizations, yes - this type of human inspiration will be ironically characterized by future, younger generations: "Oh, that's AI" - meaning it's a bunch of bullshit. Which, if no one is aware of the primary purpose of AI - it's to be able to say everything is bullshit - because you don't know what's true and what isn't - so everything is questionable.
“that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish,” oh, how quaint!
