Oddly enough, the proposed ordinance is missing from the City Council's agenda packet for tomorrow's meeting.

Jackson would be so lucky if his ward was totally razed and 50 data centers were built there. What a clown. This dude eats out every single day and posts food reviews on Facebook. Makes you wonder how a public servant can afford such a luxury.

I’m pretty sure data centers use tons of copper, so no one with a brain would want to put one in Jackson anyways.

They'd have to hire an army to guard the construction site from being looted every night. Culture.
Lake Hico site? Water line from Pearl River that filled the lake still operable? High capacity electrical transmission line in place from retired Rex Brown facility. Entergy would like this prospect and the JPS school system would get some needed tax revenues.

They refuse to acknowledge the reason for the reduced tax revenue. It’s almost like they want Jackson to stay broke and in disrepair.
I'm sure that has caused the Data Center world to gasp.... I mean laugh.

That's TOTE-SUM , haven't heard those stores mentioned in years.Grew up next to the one in front of Maywood Mart. The red flashing lights went one at time T O T E - S-U-M,miss those days.Went to school with Mr. Berry's son.Also miss Mr. Glover and the convenience of Sunflower Grocery Store,nice people.
