What is there to do in Norman, Oklahoma?
Equal parts satire and celebration, Once Upon a Playoff Season transforms one of the wildest moments in modern college football into a poetic lesson about loyalty, legacy, and what truly matters when the stakes are highest. It’s a bedtime tale for die-hard fans, a wink-and-a-nod for SEC insiders, and a love letter to the town that keeps standing tall—no matter who tries to steal the spotlight.

I live in Bude. I'm insulted by your derogatory comment on my little town.
I lived in Norman for5 years and worked at OU. Norman is a quaint city with some great places to eat local fare. It’s just 25 miles from OKC which has some great restaurants, the Plaza District ( Empire Slice House for the best pizza), the Paseo, Stockyard area (a steak from Cattleman’s is a must). OKC also has some excellent museums, the Western Heritage and Cowboy Museum, First American Museum (FAM), the Museum of Art, and Myriad Botanical Garden is the heart of the city. And the absolute highlight should be the Alfred P. Murrah bombing site and museum. People who have never been to that area shouldn’t make comments about “nothing to do there”.
Excellent satire, 9:45.
It’s America. What’s there to do anywhere? That’s why we have football. That’s the circuses part. I thought you knew that already.
She's way to proud of herself for me. Ima head to Bude and get me a baked potater. Loaded!
