Former CMU Commissioner Cleveland Anderson is going up the river after U.S. District Court Judge Kristi Johnson pronounced sentence:
MINUTE ENTRY for proceedings held before District Judge Kristi H. Johnson: Sentencing held on December 10, 2025, for Cleveland Anderson as to Counts 1 and 2. PSR was adopted in its entirety. Sentence of the Court: 42 months per count to run consecutively to each other for a total of 84 months imprisonment followed by a 2-year term of supervised release per count to run concurrently to each other. Defendant is ordered to pay a $6,500 partial fine and a $100 special assessment per count for a total of $200. Defendant is remanded to the custody of the U.S. Marshals to await designation by the Bureau of Prisons. APPEARANCES: Kimberly Taft Purdie and David H. Anderson was convicted of two counts of conspiracy to commit bribery in July. He was part of Rudy Warnock's bribery scheme.

Didn't he agree to a lighter sentence if he implicated Warnock?
