Why is bail incorrectly called "bond?" Bail refers to the money or property that a defendant must pay to the court to secure their release from jail, while a bond is an agreement, often involving a bail bondsman, that guarantees the court will receive the bail amount if the defendant fails to appear in court. Essentially, bail is paid directly to the court, whereas a bond involves a third party who pays the bail on behalf of the defendant.
Why do pedantic know-it-alls feel the need to remind everyone why they don’t get invited to parties?
@12:47 PM Why do you feel the need?
Makes you fearful of your own kids.
The couple will contend it was a suicide
I’m guessing she disappeared but her social security checks kept coming.
1:01— because it’s funny! I’ve got a brother who will go on about the most mundane details about the most pointless subjects….funny, but makes my brain wimble-wimble.

Son looks like a trailer park meth head. My observation
Very plausible theory.
I'm a graduate of Stanford Law School, but long retired.
Looks like it’s not just millennials. Plenty of lazy and worthless Gen X living off Mama and desperately trying to keep her income after she passes.
I've heard, "I'll go his bond" all my life. Western movies, etc. Bail is the amount - Bond is the mechanism.
News said she was recently warehoused at a Brandon nursing home. I'm sure the law verified that as well as asking who signed her out and when.
Yup. Motive will sink ya.
1:23: Wimble - a tool with a sharp point and cutting edges for making holes in hard materials
It other words, maybe your brother is trying to get something through your thick skull.
Alex, Buzzkills for $200…
What is, “Why no one invites 12:33 to grab a beer after work?”
Good, as I hate beer.
Thank you!
The terms bail out and bond out are used interchangeably colloquially in the industry but it’s good to know the definitions
