Words can't begin to describe the feeling one gets upon reading this update from the Dwan Wakefield trial in Canton. Wakefield is standing trial for Accessory after the Fact in the murder of 6 year-old Kingston Frazier in 2017. WLBT reported:
We heard from State Medical Examiner Dr. Mark LeVaughn who testified that Kingston’s death was consistent with homicide.
He also spoke to the heinous nature of the crime, detailing Kingston’s gunshot wounds.
The autopsy revealed he had been shot four times. Once in each arm, in the right eye and behind the right ear. Rest of article.
Kingfish note: Anyone want to start a death pool on McBride?

Wants to waste time and tax payer money, give him the maximum. Must be a bad dude to help his thug life bro's after killing a 6 year old. Good luck in Gen Pop kid. May want to start your stretching exercises.
I just don't know how we as a society adequately punish those responsible for this crime and send a clear message of intolerance to would be child murderers.
I'm not sure the death penalty is adequate.
I'm not surprised that these trials have not resulted in any outrage by the national media.
Just imagine of Little Kingston had been murdered by 3 whites.
I'm sure we all have the same thoughts about (vigilante) justice in this situation. But there Kingfish goes with his 'plea to emotion' by referring to the deceased as "Little Kingston". Kingfish has done that for three years.
@8:08
You deride vigilante justice but the truth is, why have a death penalty if not for child murderers? Anything less than execution for all three is injustice.
If these three monsters had murdered a white child from Brandon would the verdict be different?
Little Kingston's life wasn't worth less.
Well, 8:08, Litte Kingston was little. A smiling little kid who was murdered by adult thugs. Are you sobbing for those dirt bags who deliberately pulled the trigger and ended this child's young life life. You really need to have counseling.
Poor little Kingston was born to one of the stupidest women on the planet. The odds were not in his favor.
Always amazed at all the people who want to control or silence Kingfish. Take your cancel culture and stick it up your ass.
Think about what the child was wearing that late at night. Kakis and white shirt. he was still in his school uniform that late at night with a "babysitter" Just a bad mother.
Anderson Koopa It's because the lives of African American children are of less interest to the audience , including kidnapping and rape, than those of white children. Your colleague, Shawn Handy knows that.
7:44 am Your outrage and Shawn Handy's hasn't been on display for white parents who left their guns unsecured and a child died as a result. You aren't nearly so outraged when white gunmen massacred children in schools and churches.
Kingston's mother made a poor decision and the price is awful, which you'd know if you saw her on the stand. And, mothers, including lots of lily white ones are making that same decision every day and night. I see children in parked cars in the parking lots when I every time I go to a store for a prescription or other essential items day or night. Some mothers might feel their child more safe a short period in a car rather than alone at home longer,especially if you are their neighbor.
And, mothers, including lots of lily white ones are making that same decision every day and night.
How do I identify the lily white mothers from the other white mothers?

How many times have you contacted the police about the unattended children?
6:16...I don't 'deride vigilante justice'. I celebrate it. Saddle up with me sometime.
This child was born into a horrific family environment and was behind the 8-ball for all of his short life. The exact same scenario is true for the perpetrators. None of those involved ever had a chance in life and that is a direct result of a society that has been coarsened to such an extent that this type of crime is replicated every day in some American city. It all starts in the home!!!
@9:37
Just because a media personality doesn't call for gun confiscation after every negligent death, doesnt mean Shawn Handy or Rash Lumbar are pro gun-death. It means they thing the 2A is more important to the collective than the actions of an individual.
@9:37, being outraged that some thugs killed a small black child is racist? You're dumber than a box of rocks.
@10:12
Hyperbolize much?
How much was the settlement from Kroger?
The deadbeat mother should’ve been prosecuted too. I’ll never understand why charges weren’t brought against her.
It may start in the home, but it damned sure carries into adulthood. The 'mother' of 'Little Kingston' shopping after midnight? Guess where she had just come from. CLUBBING! How's that for parenting?
8:04 is correct.
And now that winter has descended upon us, we can look for several more news reports of child-fatalities in fires caused by portable heaters in trailers while the adult female was at the club.
Connect the damned dots. Single women who should not be a parent, on the prowl, gone clubbin', kids either asleep in the car at home unattended. But, it's the fault of society, right?
9:53am Unlike you, I actually know what rises to the court standards for child neglect and abuse. Leaving children old enough to lock or open the car door or beep the horn or hit the hazard lights won't cut it.
Do you really think being 12 to 14 would have prevented this? How about if it had been a teenage girl?
These guys could have pushed Kingston out or put him out later. They didn't. It's because he was a witness that perhaps would recognize them in a line up. That would be true for anyone in the car. Point a gun at an 18 year old and tell them to unlock the door...what do you think happens?
As for my adjective, I'm not surprised you've never seen that description. It requires reading literature. "Lily white" is a common phrase.
10:18 am No it's because Shawn Handy and Rash Lumbar don't understand that our Founders thought we'd have enough common sense to keep crazy people and criminals away from guns.
The Constitution also specifically said " a well regulated militia" which everyone chooses to ignore. And, the Founders set up a Supreme Court to legally interpret our Constitution. The Founders were actually concerned about" the tyranny of a majority" and feared now just mob violence and vigilante justice but also an organized form like , oh, the NRA. They could have included owning a cannon as a right, but they didn't. They could have used the word " arsenal", but they didn't. And, Jefferson and Franklin and Madison and Adams certainly had good vocabularies and knew the definitions of the words they very carefully chose.
They also already knew that humans could be so emotionally stirred up and made so afraid they would burn witches and heretics.
Of course, they lived in the Age of Reason and were mistaken in their belief that we would get more reasonable, not less.
@8:23 AM
Don't let internet comments rustle your jimmies. As a 25 year veteran of the internet going all the way back to usenet, IRC, and totse, my jimmies remain unrustled to this very day.
4:54 am Clubbing? It was a family gathering and it wasn't after midnight and it was at the Kroger on I-55.
9:35 am Really? You make your kids change clothes when they get home from school? You must love to do laundry.
But, don't let facts entered into evidence keep y'all from passing judgment.
I don't think this mother should get mother of the year, but I well remember that there was zero outrage for a mother who left young children in a car with a loaded gun in the glove compartment and a child died. But, she was white.
If you expect mothers to anticipate every risk , especially the ones with a small percentage of occurrence like the car being stolen in a well lit parking area with security, at least don't be such a hypocrite as to heap on her all your racial stereotypes.
But, the bottom line is that all of you are jumping to conclusions about a woman you have never met and don't know. I don't either, but I did see her on the stand and she was an emotional wreck.
Those of you who are so unable to control your emotions and use your brain are more like the thugs that killed Kingston. You want instant gratification and to feel superior and in control and to get what you want when you want it. The level of maturity and intelligence is the same... none existent. Only your emotional rationalizations differ. You are no different that the lynch mobs and ethnic cleansers and terrorists. You all have a " story" to justify the hatred to kill. " They are evil" and "you are good". You are your beliefs and you'll never look inward.
@8:42
The only words words that matter are
Shall not be infringed
That means the NFA is unconstitutional. That means machineguns should not be regulated. That means explosives and guided missiles shouldn't be regulated. That means recreational thermonuclear weapons and attack helicopters should be available to those with the means and ability to deploy them.
Nothing else you liberal cuckholds say matters.
8:52,
I hate to break the news to you but the private ownership of artillery is 100% legal.
What could get you into trouble is that explosive shells fall under ATF regulation of explosives and destructive devices.
As long as you stockpile non-explosive projectiles then you should be fine. Most people just fire blanks from their cannon and save their precious siege munitions.
You waste a lot of hot air but you appear to know very little of the law.
OK, no more gun debate on this thread.
I'm glad they were all convicted. I hope their remaining lives in prison is worse than capital punishment.
And for all of the people disparaging Little Kingston's mother... Victim Shaming is abhorrent and those who take part in victim shaming are despicable.
10:16
This is where we disagree: the victim is Kingston, not the mother.
"4:54 am Clubbing? It was a family gathering and it wasn't after midnight and it was at the Kroger on I-55."
You need to go back to school and read the media reports. Whether family members were there or not, the 'mother' had been at a club and it was indeed after midnight, and he had been asleep in the back-seat, according to her, even when she was 'clubbing.
She claimed to have left 'the club' around midnight with the boy asleep in the back seat. Claims to have gone to Kroger to hunt for cold medicine or some such nonsense, left her car running after midnight in the parking lot, doors unlocked, kid in the car, asleep.
The incompetent high-sherruff of Hinds claimed to have investigated. Again, read the prior threads on this page. You're uninformed, ignorant of the facts and no doubt a family member.
Just curious. If it was a family gathering, why was a sitter needed?
