JPD issued the following statement.
Jackson Police are investigating a shooting that
occurred in the 200 block of Marla Avenue. It happened just after 10:30
am this morning.
Officers responded to the area to learn that the
owner of a vehicle had fired shots at a tow truck, following the
repossession of his vehicle. The passenger in the truck suffered an
injury to the neck area and was transported by the driver
to an area hospital.
Officers later learned that the victim’s injury was
not life-threatening and may have been caused by glass debris resulting
from the gunfire.

Repo man should have killed the deadbeat.
Why was the owner of the vehicle arrested? He was nowhere near this 'incident'.
