The vehicle belonging to the victim in this case was taken from his home by the suspect who is responsible for his murder. On this afternoon JPD, with the assistance of HCSO, recovered the gray 2020 Dodge Challenger in the parking lot of a north Jackson apartment complex. The vehicle was towed to the Crime Lab to be processed for evidence. Detectives have obtained an arrest warrant for 26-year-old Ladarien Tyrese Jones pictured below: Jones is wanted for Murder and Auto Theft. If you know Jones’ whereabouts, please contact JPD.

On January 23, 2017, Detectives and Warrants division Officers of the Clinton police Department, in Conjunction with the Hinds County Sheriff Office warrants department, took Ladarien Jones (aka “Southside Dee”), into custody without incident.
Ladarien Jones is being held at the Raymond Detention Center on $500,000 bond. He is facing charges of Aggravated Assault and Armed Robbery in connection with the January 2nd shooting of a 17 year old in Clinton.
In the early morning hours of January 2, the victim set up a transaction through the internet, to sell a firearm to Ladarien Jones, also known as “Southside Dee”.
During the transaction, Ladarien Jones, stole the gun from the victim, shot the victim in the abdomen and fled the scene with the firearm. Seventeen year old victim, is in stable condition at a local hospital.CPD would like to thank the public for sharing tips on the identity and whereabouts of Ladrien Jones throughout the investigation.
Hinds County District Attorney Robert Shuler Smith never obtained an indictment for Jones so he went scot-free. It would not be the first or last time Smith backstabbed the police.

A Hinds County grand jury indicted Jones for first-degree murder in 2018.
on or about the 4th day of November, 2017, in the First Judicial District of Hinds County did willfully, unlawfully and feloniously kill Alexandria Dodd, a human being, without authority oflaw, with deliberate design to effect the death of said person or of any human being, by shooting Alexandria Dodd multiples times with a firearm
The case was continued for no less than six years until Hinds County Circuit Judge Adrienne Wooten issued a directed verdict for acquittal to Jones before the case could go to the jury in February 2024. The Assistant District Attorney protested the decision. For his troubles, Judge Wooten banned him from her courtroom.
Madison County finally got the boy for conspiracy to commit auto burglary and conspiracy to commit auto theft in 2018. He pleaded guilty and was now a convicted felon.
JPD caught him on April 30 with a firearm and charged him with felon in possession of a firearm and possession of a stolen firearm. Hinds County Court Judge Johnny McDaniels set his bond at $100,000 in June and bound him over to the grand jury.
Jones is currently on the run.
Oh, the “like father, like son” comment? Jones is the son of the late Derrick Coleman.

Judge Wooten is responsible for Deputy Dotson’s death. We need to allow exceptions to judicial immunity for cases like this.

Hope he's caught and brought to justice. However, what's one more killer behind bars when this culture produces low IQ killers by the thousands yearly. Forget Jackson. Look at Memphis, Atlanta, New Orleans, Houston, LA.....millions of kids with garbage parents who don't give AF.

I think I have reached Judicial fatigue.
I don't even get mad anymore. I just expect this level of incompetence. And nothing will change.
And that makes me incredibly sad. Society has clearly shifted its ideals and not enough decent people remain to even enact change and accountability. So these horrific judges will continue to wreak havoc with weak or non-existent punishments.
God help us all.

I truly hope that his case will be eligible for the death penalty. I also pray that the Judge that this case gets assigned to denies bond and is tough as nails.

Judge Wooten needs to go asap!! She is just as crooked as every criminal thug that’s ever come before her, and is responsible for this!! Someone file a judicial performance complaint or something….

@ 1:37 - Tell us what in hell you expect the governor and legislature to do to deal with feral criminal children who become feral criminal adults...and complicit judges.
The Legislature writes the laws which include definitions of crimes and punishment for those crimes. If you don't like that judges grant bail pending trial or impose the sentences for convicted criminals that YOUR Legislature approved, then you need to contact your legislators.
@4:04. The new CCID court only handles misdemeanors. It was initially intended to be a circuit court, but the radicals cried racism and the legislature changed it before passing it into law.
In this case, the judge should also be arrested for murder as the Enabler. Someone reach out to Trump to make this happen! It's too much.
