It has the power to move the famous such as Martin Luther, JohnWesley, and yes, Julius "Dr. J." Erving. We are talking of course, about Romans 1:17617 where Saint Luke crystallizes the essence of Romans into two verses, two verses that are rather short but say so much. The late Dr. Frank Pollard expounded on those same verses in the 1997 sermon posted below. Enjoy.
