Franklin County. Well, now, it isn't every day you hear of something from that county, one of the more obscure counties in the State. There's almost sure to be an interesting tale to be told about this homicide. A welcome thing to have since most of our many homicides are rather humdrum affairs. We need to have something interesting to break up the monotony of idiots shooting fellow idiots on the streets of Jackson or the occasional story about a kid taking a stray bullet to the head.
Stay in school, kids
Only 22 and 17 and they are a perfect example of the fate of the future. I bet they got caught simply because they live-streamed the whole event on her social media (that he managed)
17 years old.
Rankin County is lost.
Jeffrey Allen Freeman won’t be a “Free Man” much longer. But on the bright side, he may finally meet his father while in custody of DOC.
This is what happens when kids don't eat their vegetables nor say their prayers.
Enough said.
@8:21AM,
Read the ENTIRE article. The perpetrators as well as the victim are from Scott country, not Rankin. The only Rankin connection is where the body was dumped. The location is only a couple of miles from the Scott county line.
Article does not articulate where the murder and theft took place. Maybe Scott, maybe Rankin. Betting on crime being committed in Rankin as that was were the body was found.
No blessings in Rankin County. They should have dragged the body back into Scott County. D'oh.
Give them the needle.
From Rankin County, murder happened in Scott County, then to Franklin County. Something is amiss.
9:41 : It's almost as if you may be trying to argue that Rankin somehow doesn't have these types of folks. Lol, ok...so these three live in Scott but I imagine they have lived in Rankin and surely do most of their business in Rankin. Likely moved to Scott for the cheaper rent.....when they pay it.
Take out the trash.
I don't care where they "stay at" and as a Rankin resident I hope they fry 'em.
Hinds residents would do well to subscribe to similar beliefs.
Scott County inhabitants. That’s all ya need to know
Keair Stowers was a railroad fan. He has many pictures of trains along the KCS Railroad.
17? I'd have guessed 30 - 40. Girl, get off the drugs... and the losers.
But I guess it's too late for this advice. Sad.
10:51, as MS is one of four states where a firing squad is a legal option, that may be a less expensive option.
I was wondering. Do many other readers of JJ look up the Facebook accounts of some of the young victims and perps? I seem to notice lots of hand signs. Are these maybe fraternity signs, or are they gang signs? Just curious if anyone else has noticed this. I will continue to pray for Jackson.
@12:57
That would require me to sign up for a social media account. I would find it more preferable to have a murder of crows feast in my eyes and organs, than to sign up to faceberg or twatter.
“Seem to notice.”
Either you did or you didn’t.
@12:57 AM
Yep. Woodpile.
