JJ......No big surprise on Robby Bell. She can't talk, because she knows she sat on her rear and let Heather die without trying to get her any help. She needs to be put in prison with her sorry druggie son.

I would assume pleading the 5th while being deposed in a case of this nature could potentially/severely damage the defendants’ chances of victory.

Remember, the 5th Amendment is different in civil cases. You can make adverse inferences from a deponent/witness taking the 5th in a civil case.

Sorry, but I would not put Karen Irby in the same class as Robbie Bell. From everything I've learned about Mrs. Irby, nothing whatsoever makes me think she would sit there in a house with a dead body or not call the police when her son left the house for over an hour. She killed two people but I don't think she had the same intent element Ms. Bell had.

You are carrying a torch that blew out long ago. I read the police reports when WLBT posted them, and right at the top was the Coroner’s Report. It is very clear on there that the initial injuries to Ms Spencer and her death were simultaneous.



You are continuing to run with a falsehood to say that Ms Bell could have helped her. I’m wondering why the moderator of this blog doesn’t step up and make that clear, because he surely has read and knows what is in that report.



While this error continues to go uncorrected and keep readers understandably upset, I wonder how much other misinformation is still being allowed to float on this site. His silence speaks loudly that he does not seek truth here.



I’m asking Mr. Kingfish to acknowledge that he knows the content of the Coroner’s Report, and that it is clear: injury and time of death were the same. Ms. Spencer did not lie there and suffer as people have been led to believe by those just trying to destroy Ms. Bell for sport.

Hinds County Coroner Sharon Grisham-Stewart reported the time of death as 3:00 AM (page 1). A cold chill runs through the body when reading the evidence list: shorts, panties, red stain swabs, a .38 special revolver, post-mortem prints, and a skull fragment. Dr. Hayne reported Ms. Spencer suffered "severe lacerations to the brain, stress fractures, forced anal penetration, and severe tearing of the rectum. The official cause of death was ruled a Homicide with the underlying cause being Cranium Subreial Trauma/Blunt force trauma to the head."

George had an active warrant out for his arrest yet when he returned back to MS, Robbie had a welcome home party.

Isn't it illegal to harbor someone with an active warrant?

Is your point that Robbie Bell has no involvement in the chain of events leading up to and including the brutal murder of Heather Spencer by Robbie Bell's SON Robbie Bell?

If that is your point you should state it clearly- so that it may either be discussed ,refuted, or ignored as trollery.

If the reports of what occurred in the deposition are correct- that Robbie Bell exercised her fifth amendment rights on multiple occasions in this case where she is merely a witness, then there must be some reason for that exercise of that right.

The possible reasons for that 5th amendment exercise (if it has occurred as rumored) may include events that have been described here and in other media covering this case.

I’m looking at it right now. It could not be more clear. Time of injury 3:00am. Time of death 3:00am. Any way you read it, that says it was an instant death. None of us knows what happened earlier or later. I’m just saying that she didn’t lie there and suffer, according to this report from the Coroner.

When did Heather arrive at the house? I don't see you discussing this.

TAKE THE FIFTH here and you have no credibility. We will continue to believe what clearly the facts as they have been presented appear to support. Robbie Bell was there while Heather was alive.

11:39 Don't try and make excuses for Robbie Bell. It is common knowledge Robbie Bell enabled her son to become the sorry, sorry person he is. She covered up and lied for him for years. She made excuse after excuse for him. She gave him money he spent on drugs, and she knew it, too. Give a drug addict a party? You have to be kidding. Robbie Bell could have helped Heather, and she DID NOT. She had chances to call the police, and SHE DID NOT. She was protecting her son, and EVERYONE knows it.

If you absolutely positively must babble on about Robbie Bell's supposed innocence why don't you head over the Fondren Bugle where they'll say anything to cover for Robbie's complicity and negligence.

Although the coroner's report says 3 AM. VERY contradicting. SO, was Robbie physically in the house when Heather was murdered? What happened between the evening of 9/10 and 3 AM?

Heather's roommate was kidnapped around 7 AM the next day. Judge Bell arrived around 10 AM the next day and rescued the roommate (at least he had enough sense to realize severity and danger George was capable of).

Sounds like the defense has a tough case to prove. I imagine this will eventually settle.

Don't forget:

-George said in court he "strangled" her.

-Robbie's response to her son when he arrived back to the house with the kidnap victim - You told me you were going to get Gatorade...

-The George Bell van that disappeared from the crime scene that morning

-Col. John's sighting of Heather and dog outside the house at 2 AM

-Ed Peters represented Robbie

-The active warrant George had while he went to rehab out of state and until he was arrested for murder

-Robbie's outfit changes

That is completely unconfirmed. There has never been a report produced or, at the minimum, released to the public. The hearsay is that the man saw somebody in that vicinity around that time but the identity of the person even to the Colonel was and remains unknown.

Try to deflect. Robbie Bell is a monster who will protect her son at every cost. No problem in my mind, I'm sure most mothers would do the same, but she stepped over a boundary where society deems it criminal. Which I believe a
court/jury/judge should decide.

Its not like she littered. She was party to a murder, capital murder, and a rape of proportions that frankly sicken me to even know. Party in relation to knowledge, too much of it BTW. So if you want to defend that, I only pity you and will not comment again because you are not worthy of comment beyond this point. You have staked a claim that party to a rape/murder is OK.

The stakes are high and not limited to the sad details of this particular murder.

There are adequate funds for a 'vigorous' defense.

Any alleged wrongdoing by others not named in this action which can be exposed to the defendants benefit will be.
