Here we go again. Shots were fired at Pop's Saloon Saturday night.
Several individuals engaged in fisticuffs around 10:30 that night. An unknown man fired multiple shots. JPD reports a man and a woman were grazed by gunfire. A suspect has not been identified.
Social media chatter says the woman was 28 years old and suffered a wound to the leg.
Meanwhile, this video was posted on August 8.
So let's review the bigger picture. The owners of Pop's owned the defunct Aces Gentlemen's Club on South West Street. They operated the Daiquiri Bar on Capitol Street, the scene of murder and shootouts. A man was killed in the parking lot of Aces. Numerous people were shot at Pop's New Years Eve. Simply put, death and mayhem follow these people wherever they go and that, my friends, is the bottom line.

Can't the city shut them down?
I heard the shots. It sounded like “pop, pop, pop, pop.”
And let's not forget what happened to Laramie "Jacktown Bud" Collins, son of co-owner Lissa Collins.

And that wasn't even his first time to get shot.

How do these people even get/keep a liquor license?
Is this the same as the old Pops Around The Corner?
