It would not be surprising to learn he can't get a bond, especially after one insurance company had to pay out after he stiffed suppliers and subs alike. He probably can't get work because he is not licensed for roadwork. That means no MDOT jobs as they require it for everyone, even subs. That means most, if not all local governments aren't going to touch you at all.

He made this same gripe early in Antar's term. Antar rightfully put him in his place and pointed out he had no license and thus was not qualified.

Lady with no auto insurance hit me because she said the glue from false lashes was burning her eyes and she ran the red-light while pouring bottled water over her face. But equally important, protect the water system from the very fools that caused it to fail with Harvey. Last but not least, keep contracts out of the hands of incompetent, unqualified, broke ass grifters and leeches.
