Derrick Coleman's son found out Madison don't play.

| Dunta and Darrius Palmer |
Dunta Demon Palmer and Darrius Palmer were wanted in several jurisdictions when they drove through Madison Friday afternoon in a stolen vehicle. Madison police tried to stop them near Hite Wolcott Park. The Palmers allegedly tried to run over a Madison police officer, who shot at the vehicle. Another officer was injured but his injuries were non-life-threatening. The suspects fled but were arrested after law enforcement units blocked them in on Highway 51 and McClellan Drive.
One suspect had a firearm in his pocket and another was found in the front of the car.
Their initial appearance was held in Madison Municipal Court. The Court set their bond at:
Dunta Demon Palmer Bond Amounts on each charge
Felony Fleeing - $1,000.000.00
Aggravated Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer - $1,000,000.00
Receiving Stolen Property - $250,000.00
Darrius Jerrell Palmer Bond Amount and charge
A Hinds County grand jury indicted Dunta for armed robbery in 2021. He was allowed to enter a pre-trial diversion program.
The appropriately named Dunta Demon Palmer is the son of the late Derrick Coleman.
Coleman was the husband of Latasha Coleman. The word "was" was used because Latasha Crump Coleman disappeared 2 1/2 years ago. Derrick was a suspect in her disappearance. She is feared to be dead. Earlier post.
Derrick Coleman was killed in a shootout on McDowell Road in July 2024. However, the Coleman family violence does not end with Derrick or Dunta.
Dunta has a half-brother, Ladarien Tyrese Jones. Sound familiar? Jones is charged with the murder of Hinds County Deputy James Dotson last year. A Hinds County grand jury indicted Jones for first-degree murder in 2018 but Jones received a blessing. Earlier post.
The case was continued for no less than six years until Hinds County Circuit Judge Adrienne Wooten issued a directed verdict for acquittal to Jones before the case could go to the jury in February 2024.
Kingfish note: This thug is going to find out he won't get any help from the Madison County criminal justice system as his family has in Hinds County. Why did Judge Wooten let Jones off the hook? Why did Judge McDaniels knock down Coleman's bond and allow him to leave the courthouse without wearing an ankle monitor? Hell, Judge McDaniels didn't even order the bailiffs to take the families out different exits nor keep them separated after on hearing. The result? A big courthouse brawl caused in part by Johnny McDaniel's incompetence or worse.
The family of Latasha Crump Coleman has been saying Derrick Coleman was connected to some people and frankly, who can blame them for thinking that way. Well, it's time for some good ole Madison County justice, the kind that will make Cliff Johnson mad.

Dipshit Hinds County judges are barely competent human garbage for letting these ANIMALS off the hook. We have judges in this country with IQs of less than 70 that are single handedly destroying our country. And we will sit back and do nothing. Where the fuck is Tate Reeves? Does he have a set of balls? Don’t run for office if you aren’t going to LEAD.
