Now come on Officer does she look like she has $5000! Y’all got to use better judgement! Most officers would ignore her ignorant ass and tell her she has to make better decisions and it’s a felony to say shit like that to a Law Enforcement Officer.

If she was being recorded when she said it, he was obligated to charge her. Once body cams became a thing, it took a lot of the decisions away from police officers. Leniency is one of them. He's covering his ass by charging her with attempted bribery and fuck all, I would too.
