The Mississippi Supreme Court hearing for Carlos the Clown has been rescheduled for August. Presiding Judge Leslie King decreed yesterday:
The proceeding was scheduled for Tuesday but Mr. Moore asked for a continuance due to a death in the family of his attorney, Terris Harris.
The Commission (no, not that Commission) suspended then-Grenada Municipal Court Judge Carlos Moore from the bench for six years and fined him $6,000. The attorney appealed the decision to the Mississippi Supreme Court.
Attorney Terris Harris represents Mr. Moore. Earlier post on sanctions.

carlos continues to waste judicial resources at taxpayer expense.
His rescheduling attempts will never match those of Rudy who has just applied for number 12 and there's no reason to think it won't be granted.
