It appears the Colemans went on a golf cart-buying spree just before Express Grain filed bankruptcy. Express Grain asked the bankruptcy court's permission to sell 15 brand spanking-new golf carts and a truck yesterday. The motion and invoices are posted below.

Reunion has made a preemptive offer so probably no auction
These people suck so much.
4:31, In the motion the buyer is listed as "Dodd Turner of Turner Auto Group." Who said anything about an auction?
Weird, the only buyer they could find for the golf carts was next door to Dr. Coleman's office?
Read closely. These are lifted off-road carts. Not traditional golf carts. Can’t see Reunion or other golf resorts wanting them.

Isn't Turner Auto Group next door to the China Blossom restaurant? Coleman's office is way down the road from there.
Dodd is offering fair market value for the carts - basically the same as EG paid for them.
Tee it up-
I wonder how easy it is to authenticate an invoice from a Chinese company. These people (allegedly) submitted fraudulent audit reports to their own regulating agency. They do merit the benefit of the doubt.
I don't belong to the silk-stocking-tennis-golf-set. So, tell me what a lifted off road golf cart is.
Er, John Pittman Hey - Newsflash! Fair market value is NEVER what somebody initially paid for something. Remember that old saying...'as soon as you leave the dealership's parking lot'?
They had to liquidate what is available. There are a lot of lawyers now on the payroll.
I meant "do not." In other words, I would not take the invoice at face value. 12:18 a.m.
Had to have some means for hauling all that product in the grain elevators that the bank owns!
These would be great for Jackistan's third world streets, as they are lifted.
Gots to have transportation for the hookers.
