Trollfest '09
Trollfest '07 was such a success that Jackson Jambalaya will once again host Trollfest '09. Catch this great event which will leave NE Jackson & Fondren in flames. Othor Cain and his band, The Black Power Structure headline the night while Sonjay Poontang returns for an encore performance. Former Frank Melton bodyguard Marcus Wright makes his premier appearance at Trollfest singing "I'm a Sweet Transvestite" from "The Rocky Horror Picture Show." Kamikaze will sing his new hit, “How I sold out to da Man.” Robbie Bell again performs: “Mamas, don't let your babies grow up to be Bells” and “Any friend of Ed Peters is a friend of mine”. After the show, Ms. Bell will autograph copies of her mug shot photos. In a salute to “Dancing with the Stars”, Ms. Bell and Hinds County District Attorney Robert Smith will dance the Wango Tango.
Wrestling returns, except this time it will be a Battle Royal with Othor Cain, Ben Allen, Kim Wade, Haley Fisackerly, Alan Lange, and “Big Cat” Donna Ladd all in the ring at the same time. The Battle Royal will be in a steel cage, no time limit, no referee, and the losers must leave town. Marshand Crisler will be the honorary referee (as it gives him a title without actually having to do anything).
Meet KIM Waaaaaade at the Entergy Tent. For five pesos, Kim will sell you a chance to win a deed to a crack house on Ridgeway Street stuffed in the Howard Industries pinata. Don't worry if the pinata is beaten to shreds, as Mr. Wade has Jose, Emmanuel, and Carlos, all illegal immigrants, available as replacements for the it. Upon leaving the Entergy tent, fig leaves will be available in case Entergy literally takes everything you have as part of its Trollfest ticket price adjustment charge.
Donna Ladd of The Jackson Free Press will give several classes on learning how to write. Smearing, writing without factchecking, and reporting only one side of a story will be covered. A donation to pay their taxes will be accepted and she will be signing copies of their former federal tax liens. Ms. Ladd will give a dramatic reading of her two award-winning essays (They received The Jackson Free Press "Best Of" awards.) "Why everything is always about me" and "Why I cover murders better than anyone else in Jackson".
In the spirit of helping those who are less fortunate, Trollfest '09 adopts a cause for which a portion of the proceeds and donations will be donated: Keeping Frank Melton in his home. The “Keep Frank Melton From Being Homeless” booth will sell chances for five dollars to pin the tail on the jackass. John Reeves has graciously volunteered to be the jackass for this honorable excursion into saving Frank's ass. What's an ass between two friends after all? If Mr. Reeves is unable to um, perform, Speaker Billy McCoy has also volunteered as when the word “jackass” was mentioned he immediately ran as fast as he could to sign up.
In order to help clean up the legal profession, Adam Kilgore of the Mississippi Bar will be giving away free, round-trip plane tickets to the North Pole where they keep their bar complaint forms (which are NOT available online). If you don't want to go to the North Pole, you can enjoy Brant Brantley's (of the Mississippi Commission on Judicial Performance) free guided tours of the quicksand field over by High Street where all complaints against judges disappear. If for some reason you are unable to control yourself, never fear; Judge Houston Patton will operate his jail where no lawyers are needed or allowed as you just sit there for minutes... hours.... months...years until he decides he is tired of you sitting in his jail. Do not think Judge Patton is a bad judge however as he plans to serve free Mad Dog 20/20 to all inmates.
Trollfest '09 is a pet-friendly event as well. Feel free to bring your dog with you and do not worry if your pet gets hungry, as employees of the Jackson Zoo will be on hand to provide some of their animals as food when it gets to be feeding time for your little loved one.
Relax at the Fox News Tent. Since there are only three blonde reporters in Jackson (being blonde is a requirement for working at Fox News), Megan and Kathryn from WAPT and Wendy from WLBT will be on loan to Fox. To gain admittance to the VIP section, bring either your Republican Party ID card or a Rebel Flag. Bringing both and a torn-up Obama yard sign will entitle you to free drinks served by Megan, Wendy, and Kathryn. Get your tickets now. Since this is an event for trolls, no ID is required. Just bring the hate. Bring the family, Trollfest '09 is for EVERYONE!!!
This is definitely a Beaver production.

Trollfest '07
Jackson Jambalaya is the home of Trollfest '07. Catch this great event which promises to leave NE Jackson & Fondren in flames. Sonjay Poontang and his band headline the night with a special steel cage, no time limit "loser must leave town" bout between Alan Lange and "Big Cat"Donna Ladd following afterwards. Kamikaze will perform his new song F*** Bush, he's still a _____. Did I mention there was no referee? Dr. Heddy Matthias and Lori Gregory will face off in the undercard dueling with dangling participles and other um, devices. Robbie Bell will perform Her two latest songs: My Best Friends are in the Media and Mama's, Don't Let Your Babies Grow up to be George Bell. Sid Salter of The Clarion-Ledger will host "Pin the Tail on the Trial Lawyer", sponsored by State Farm.
There will be a hugging booth where in exchange for your young son, Frank Melton will give you a loooong hug. Trollfest will have a dunking booth where Muhammed the terrorist will curse you to Allah as you try to hit a target that will drop him into a vat of pig grease. However, in the true spirit of Separate But Equal, Don Imus and someone from NE Jackson will also sit in the dunking booth for an equal amount of time. Tom Head will give a reading for two hours on why he can't figure out who the hell he is. Cliff Cargill will give lessons with his .80 caliber desert eagle, using Frank Melton photos as targets. Tackleberry will be on hand for an autograph session. KIM Waaaaaade will be passing out free titles and deeds to crackhouses formerly owned by The Wood Street Players.

1 Timothy 6:10
For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. KJV
The first to speak in Court seems right - until the cross-examination begins.
Proverbs 18-17.
Rumor has it there was a group of people that wanted to buy it and continue New Summit School as it was. The News would not allow it. Lots of former teachers who got the shaft from them are vocal about it on social media.
When ALL the truth comes out, the News will shock the state. 11:14 is exactly right. Just wait.
Some parents formed a group that tried to save the school. They also tried to raise money and obtain grants to at least pay the teachers. Let's just say they were sabotaged every step of the way.
KF, you don’t know what you’re taking about and couldn’t be further from the truth. But keep toting the water.
Who yall thing the News will roll over on that will be such a shock?
Whomever is it you can bet your a$$ their wagons have been circled since all this started and they got their guns loaded.
Prayers for all those using Jesus to make bank and bang chicks at fancy rehabs while you bang chicks.
Jesus save these ho banging sinners from the penalties associated with stealing money to do coke on strippers titties….not necessarily for the actual things called “sins” but the punishment of going to jail for stealing money from those wretched poor people (who we have been praying for to….to get some coin….just not these $70,000,000 in coin…..and please Jesus help Nancy New find her buried treasure when she gets out from stealing poor peoples money)
In Gods name
Amen
The assristocrats
Jesus, please help 1:37 find his medicine.
12:24...if you have something factual, spill it.
Clickbait.
Seems there are more players in the theft us pleebs are unaware of.
So, I guess we can throw "Innocent until proven guilty" out the window. These people have been tried and convicted in the media (Anna W.) without a single chance to tell their side. Our press is free to prosecute (and convict) but defense is not allowed (until trial ----- and it's only been two years now without one).
No, KF, this did not have to happen. What a shame.
@12:55 - I know for fact, KF and @11:47 speak the truth!
The place was a total rip-off from the get go. Own it and move on...hoping you're not charged.
No chance to tell their side? When have they asked or tried to tell their side?
1:37 makes a lot of sense. Thanks, 1:37 for posting the most sensical comment I’ve seen on this site for years.
Yeah, I’m shocked they haven’t run to MS Today, JJ or some other hard hitting MS “news source” to tell their side of the story. Shocked.
Don’t worry folks, the Hosemann’s will swoop in a little closer to election season and save the day!
3:42, et. al.: A court of law is not the same thing as the court of public opinion. I've read enough, with supporting documentation, to form my own opinion. These people are crooked as hell, in my opinion.
Likewise, conviction in the court of public opinion may result in shame and scorn, but not incarceration. For more on this topic, see State v. O.J. Simpson. (Do YOU think he did it?)
This is sad. A school system that was developed to help children learn using alternate methods with resounding success has been shut because the press, media, and a few “nameless others” decided these folks were guilty without benefit of jury, trial or their day in court. If these people are so guilty why are we still waiting for a trial two years later? Is the state afraid that their “big name making” scandal really has no merit after all?? Could there be more to this saga than we’ve been led to believe? Before we jump to conclusions let’s hear the other side of the story - in court - where these matters should be discussed , not in the press where rumors abound.
Hello wives of J and Z. You all benefited, probably should not be posting. New round of indictments coming. Hope the oil board is not paying attention.
9:23 - hey, Nancy!
Any chance that Nancy rolls over on Phil Bryant?
If the State wanted to try this case, they would have pushed it by now. The fact that it’s 2 years later and going is telling. Jodie Owens is having his strings pulled and is going to be made a fool. If this thing doesn’t go in their favor, it’s a career ender
for him and Shad. Best thing for them is that the Fed case takes care of it all. That’s by design. If the News were going to plea, they would have by now. This thing will get interesting. There’s more to it than what we know.
T I M B E R ! ! ! ! !
Havent heard much on T I M B E R lately. Whats going on with that?
"1:37 makes a lot of sense. Thanks, 1:37 for posting the most sensical comment I’ve seen on this site for years. January 18, 2022 at 6:05 PM"
I'm in prayer that 6:05 will wake up one day having been visited overnight by the 'more better horizons fairy'. His are obviously limited.
Meanwhile...as a reader of most blog topics, here, I've yet to read what anybody associated with this school are suspected of or charged with DOING. Please help.
“The Families First platform has become a model of success for thousands of Mississippians and one that is being emulated all across America,” Bryant said in his final State of the State address in January 2019.
Why are people not in jail?
I guess queen guppie missed this
https://www.wlbt.com/2022/01/19/exclusive-hinds-co-grand-jury-indicts-news-46-counts-embezzlement-scandal/
The WLBT article (@1:27 p.m.) was published approximately 11 hours after this post. Thanks for the link. It answers many questions and inferences in the above comments.
So, to recap, the existence of a 46-count, superseding indictment was revealed yesterday in court. The defense has requested a change of venue and a continuance of the trial that was set for February 7. The judge postponed the trial until August or October.
@ 7:11 splitting hairs here, but the Prosecution dropped these new indictments 3 weeks before the scheduled trial, clearly by design. This forces another continuance, whether the defense wants it or not. I think it’s the State’s goal to get behind the Fed case. I don’t think the Hinds DA wants any part of this case. I base that statement on the DA’s actions and speculation based on rumor and all the expert opinion floating around about this case.
Mmmhmm.
Fixin to be a few more pople indicted before this is all done.
They must have had more than a little help.
This has the appearance of more than a few too many important folks on the receiving end to be explained away in a believable way by sloppy bookeeping.
@11:47 yes, you are correct. I believe there were actually a few meetings with different people to discuss selling the school. All proposals were sabotaged by Nancy.
@4:32 the place was not a rip off. Aside from what the News were doing in the non-profit, the schools were wonderful places. So many students thrived there. It was like a family. The teachers were happy (before all of this) and the students were too.
@10:36… oil board… I’d like to see more investigation into this. Any chances of that happening?
Is that where Prep is going to put it's Elementary School? Cause Lord knows the rest of their land is FLOODED.
